There are so many people that don't think they can cook. That don't
think they have the time to cook. That don't think they have the money
to cook. So they go out, they eat junk food, they skip meals (!!!).
Normal Food For Normal People is a new blog that is dedicated to
breaking down the barriers (fears, budgets, time) that people have
that keep them from cooking good, healthy food. It focuses on simple
recipes that can be recreated with fresh ingredients. There are so
many people that just don't know the first thing about cooking, we
hope to change that. Feedback is welcome!
