Here's an odd-ball, but it's great.
SPICED CRANBERRY RUM TEA
4 TEA BAGS (CRANBERRY HERB)
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP CRANBERRY JUICE
6 WHOLE STAR ANISE
2 3'' STRIPS ORANGE ZEST
2 3'' STRIPS LEMON ZEST
1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1 CUP AMBER RUM
In saucepan submerge tea bags in 1-1/2 cups
boiling water and remove from heat. Steep for
5 min., discard bags. Add the sugar, cranberry
juice, star anise and the zests and simmer for
10 min, covered, stirring occasionally. Stir
in the rum and orange juice and heat until
hot. Pour into cups and garnish with star
anise and lemon slice. Stir in the rum and
