It's 2 semi-beef patties, limp pickles on a a Chinese sesame seed bun.

Toss an extra (crustless) bun partition in the middle to make it look
bigger.

Wrap it up in 3 tortillas (to make it look bigger) and then ...

have teeny-boppers sell it at Daytona Beach, La Ciudad de Los Angeles and
all points in between.

I doubt it would do very well in Des Moines, but Denver could be a hot spot
as could Las Vegas.
