Peanut dipping sauce
For ½ cup
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce (black bean sauce)
1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of crushed peanut
0,5 or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
0,5 or 1 teaspoon of minced long red chili
• Prepare and mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
• Adjust chili at your convenience and add more Hoisin sauce if you
preferred the sauce more salted.
