Char –grilled chicken thigh with chili and lemongrass
Ingredients:
1 chicken leg thigh without bone and skin
Oyster sauce 10 g
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon grass minced 10 g
Garlic minced 10 g
Shallot 10 g
Pepper 5 g
Long red chili 5 g (optional small spicy chili)
Five spices 5 g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil (peanut oil) 1 tsp
Sesame oil 2 drops
Carrot flower 8 pcs
Method:
• Mixed all ingredients together and marinade for 30mn on the
refrigerator.
• Put the chicken thigh on the BBQ until cook and that the color become
golden brown
• Serve with jasmine rice with ginger dipping sauce
Ginger dipping sauce
Pell and then chopped fresh ginger 5 g
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Long red chilli 1/2tsp
