The McDouble is $1 which is a great value. However, for an additional
$1, the Daily Double is a McDouble with one tomato slice, a pinch of
lettuce, a little mayo and a few slithered onions. What a total
ripoff! For the price of only one Daily Double, you can buy two
McDouble sandwiches for more meat!

I've stopped buying anything at McDonalds except the Big Mac. That is
because they were putting just a little blob of ketchup or sauce on the
other burgers and they tasted dry...

Well I bought a Big Mac the other day and they are now doing the little
blob of sauce thing on that too! Basically there was an inch around the
outside of the bun with no sauce and a tiny blob of sauce in the center.

So no more McDonalds for me...

And the point is...?
a.) Your are foolish enough to buy the McDouble.
b.) You are showing us your intelligence by describing how the
product is truly not worth it.
c.) __________________________

I will not comment on going to McDonald's in the first place.

A research study was conducted on the cost of a McDouble which claimed
that the expense of the sandwich is a better value than making a
similar one at home yourself. Sure, not everyone likes McDonald's but
with cash flowing in at $34 billion dollars last year, they're
offering something that somebody wants.

Brighton hot dog shop near pittsburgh that HAD the best burgers claim
they are returning to their roots dropped lettuce, tomatoes. pickles
and mayo from their burger toppings......

they brought back pickles because of the number of complaints.

I spoke with the son of the owner, i believe he is going to trash his
familys business.

they dropped other stuff like kids sized fries and salads. Mark said
we sell what we want not what the customer desires.

geez if they cant afford those little packages of mayo, things must be
tough

maybe next will be a burger with 1/2 a bun

No, quite real (and certainly paying for the priviledge of being
mentioned on the show):

well I taste Mcdonald's almost every day and I get Bog Mac's a LOT, and, I
don't relly like the taste of the souce so I get upset when they put a lot
on, which is usually.

So I don't see what your complaint is, there is plenty of souce. They
problem is the dumbass teenager's that are cooking the Big Mac. Complain to
the government, not to the group.

don't forget to consider the amount of work involved in cooking a similar
sandwich at home, which is EASILY worth the cost of a sandwhich at
Mcdonald's.

I'm pretty sure he's complained about the other ingredients before, though
perhaps what was in other company's burgers rather than specifically
McDonalds.

You want to slam me because I'm trying to help other people realize
their value for the dollar?! Go ahead - pay an extra dollar for a
couple of ounces of veggies on your burger. Doesn't bother me!

burgers for me.

I do like when their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits go on sale 2/$3,
though! ?;^)

You people are pretty dumb... A McDouble costs $.99. Lettuce is $.20 and tomato is $.30. Onions are free, and so is mayonnaise. That being said, a Daily Double costs $1.99 when the only difference is lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and onion. Every time one is bought the customer loses 50 cents.

McDouble doesn't mean double the meat for McDonalds. Would never purchase. What a RIP. Rest in peaces. More pieces of meat doesn't mean more meat. Rather they added more meat and left out the extra veggies. Especially for the price. Again, "What a Rip."
