Well, fine. I'll give you one. If you like chees on your burger, and you
like it melted, i figured out a way to do it. Put some cheddar (or Jack, or
whatever your fave is) in a coffee mug and stick in the microwave for maybe
20 or 30 seconds, until the cheese is damn near liquified. then pour it onto
your pattie(s). Spread with a knife and there you go. Another way, which i
haven't tried yet but will, the next time ifix a good cheeseburger, is to do
the above, only in a bowl instead of a cup. That way you could dip the
pattie in the bowl, flip it with your egg turner, and pull it out covered
with cheese. i bet that's how the restaurants do it.
