Just saw an ad for a breaded pork chop and gravy biscuit. Never heard of
it. I guess if you like a pork version of chicken fried steak on a biscuit,
this is for you.

They are changing their menu, dropping:
1/2 pound burgers

I just went to their web sit and seen this burger called the Big Shef.
It looks interesting but I don't recalled every seeing it at my
Hardee's. I wonder if it's a regional thing or something new? And what
exactly is this big shef sauce?

Years ago they bought out burger chef restaurants. It's the same one they
sold just brought back for a limited time. the chili dogs they are
advertizing now replaced them.

Interesting. The Big Shef was Burger Chef's signature sandwich
(remember Burger Chef?). Apparently BS was bought by Hardee's and
they're reviving the burger (or at least re0using the name).

You can always try to make your own, but you wouldn't know what the guy put
(if anything) on the pork for a marinade. I hate it when little places like
that go down and you lose your favorites.
