Can someone recommend a coffee maker that:

1. Makes HOT coffee.

2. Keeps the damn coffee hot???????

Our old Farberware percolator went tits up a month ago and since then
we have been through three coffee makers -- a no-name percolator that
popped my GFCI breakers; a 4-cup Mr. Coffee; and, last, a Kaloric with
a thermal carafe.

The percolator popped the GFCI outlet so I never was able to brew a
pot with it.

Wife insists that the 4-cup Mr. Coffee and the Kaloric do not make
coffee hot enough for her.

I'm tired of this shit and am about to make a pot of coffee using the
Kaloric, pour the coffee into a saucepan, BOIL it on the stove and
serve it to her while it's still bubbling.

However, that likely would result in my arrest for spouse abuse.

So -- I'm left with no other option than to ask for help.

Whatever it is must brew the coffee HOT -- 195 - 205 degrees -- AND
KEEP IT THERE.

Any suggestions, or, should I just boil it for her?

Please don't tell me coffee should not be served at close to 200
degrees -- I'm tired of listening to her bitch about it and I want
something that will make BOILING HOT COFFEE -- she can put a goddam
ice cube in it if it's too hot.

If you care about the taste at all then you wont heat it so high! 205
degrees will make it taste bitter!

Ah, you don't need to tel him. He doesn't care for your wimp-ass taste.
He wants it hot. Hot he says!

and: 205°? that's close to boiling anyway. how is anybody going to drink
that?
I guess if someone drinks it so hot he doesn't need any taste in that
coffee anymore anyway.
