I smoked a brisket yesterday and will be serving it tomorrow. It is not
frozen, sitting in the fridge wrapped in foil and plastic wrap. What is the
best way to heat it:microwave, oven, covered, uncovered?Any advice?

I keep mine wrapped in foil and reheat in the oven...at about 160 I pull it
out. Remove the plastic wrap first, though.

I reheat brisket in the microwave. 1 - 2 minutes per serving. Cover
with waxed paper to eliminate spatters.
