A little booklet published by the Tourism Authority of Thailand for free
distribution (www.tourismthailand.org). We have the 2004 edition. It
contains sections on the different regional cuisines, ingredients and
methods of cooking, preparation methods, 17 selected recipes (including
desserts), fruits and adaptation of Thai food. It's very nicely illustrated
and the recipes sound really good. Jun (my Thai wife) cooks her own
versions of these plus many, many others.
