Peanut dipping sauce
For ½ cup
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce (black bean sauce)
1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of crushed peanut
0,5 or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
0,5 or 1 teaspoon of minced long red chili
• Prepare and mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
• Adjust chili at your convenience and add more Hoisin sauce if you
preferred the sauce more salted.
Ingredients:
Julienne cucumber 20g
Chiffonnade lettuce 20g
Julienne carrot 20g
Mint 6 leaves
Basil 6 leaves
Fresh rice noodle 50g
Julienne fry tofu 20g
Chive leaves 4pcs
Slice bitter melon 4pcs
Rice paper 2pcs
Method:
• Put rice paper on the plate and sprinkle water around the rice paper
until wet
• Add half lettuce, cucumber, carrot, mint, basil, fresh rice noodle
together
• Add 2 slice bitter melon, 2 slice fry tofu on front
• Roll one roll and fold 2 sides try to meet on the centre
• Add 2 chives leaves together on the top and roll until the end
• Do exactly one more like that and serve on the small plate with
dipping sauce
