a group of friends that this doodle was there; google.com - nothing;

Is Australia related? We had it yesterday. Default Google logo
today.

In USAns' minds, at least, NZ is about 50 miles off the shore of AU, so yeah,
related.

I have a National Geographic globe on my desk, and from Hobart to Snares is about two inches, more or less.
