Fresh Rosemary herb (heavy) cold brewed with green gea with little or
no sugar will work well for the metabolism.

For a while Ma-Huang was used as an appetite suppressant, but of course it
was abused, and thus taken off the market altogether.

Plus......................it can be very dangerous. Especially if
taken with other
prescription or non prescription drugs.

Hi D,

Yes, it could speed up the heart, among other things. But in the right
dosage and barring interactions with other meds, it had its uses.

I never heard about the fresh rosemary with green tea, but I do know that a
good green tea can be very helpful as an appetite suppressant. My daughter
was able to shed a last stubborn 5 lbs that nothing would move by switching
to green tea.

Indeed. I've suggested it to many. As long as they can resist adding
honey or sugar, it definitely works.

honey or sugar would spoil it completely! The only thing I put in mine is
a piece of fresh lemon. But I can drink it plain and enjoy it just as much
without it, too.
