Sinusitis is an illness or a disease caused by liquid filling cavities
in the parts of cheek and forehead, above and below eyes. This cavity
should not be filled by liquid, unless head is heavy, nose is clogged,
and even breath is odorful. But, if being filled, it must immediately
be empty; even it can’t probably come out and finally smell bad.
Besides, virus, bacteria or parasites also affect sinusitis, so
infection happens to respiratory system.
These are some advices for this case:

• If being cold, don’t rub your nose in order not to make the other
duct clogged-up
• Avoid careless massage, especially in the area of temples, eye-brows
and cheeks

What must be done if getting with sinusitis?
• Do the normalization of PENNASIA in order that pain isn’t continuous
• Do the way of natural healing and having no other effects
• Avoid the healing make you disadvantageous (the pulling of a few
teeth), except you don’t know Pennasia Normalization well.

Hopefully the sufferers of this illness will get well soon.
And additional information: in a few days later, Pennasia

I find that the use of a Neti pot has been most helpful. 1 cup of pure
clean water mixed with one tsp of kosher salt, and a pinch of baking soda,
warmed ever so slightly in the microwave. Pour into one nostril and allow
it to run out the other, with head turned sideways. Then switch to the
other side.

It reduces inflammation, promotes drainage, washes away irritants and
pollen, and makes inflamed tissues more comfortable.

Been using one since the sixties and find it really helps during tree
pollen season.
My recipe is the same as yours.

That is the simplest and most basic recipe. I wonder if anything else has
been tried and found safe or effective?
