It seems to me quite clear that this is a fake. However, you're right, it WOULD
scare me if I'd been reading this ghost at 4 a.m like I was last night!

I thought it was pretty fake-looking as well.

I just love photoshop.....geez....ghostweb really will show anything won't they?
I'd heard a lot about them showing stuff that was "questionable" to say the least,
but that's rediculous.

I'm not sure if this is a fake or not, however, I am always suspicious of
photographs that are taken of empty rooms with no subject or seemed purpose.

Why would 'common Jane or Joe' take a picture of an empty kitchen or hallway
for example, to amazingly have an anomoly appear dead center of the frame seems
too staged for me. And than gasp is disbelief that "There is something in the
picture--look, look!" It just does not fit most of the time--

And another thing (Rant): Adobe Software adulterated photographs are making
their way into some of the ghost sites as spirit pics. Example--A claim of
super charged orbs in motion, that clearly anyone can replicate with the right
software. I want to see the negative!

I have taken pictures of empty rooms before :o)

Usually, it was after moving in to a new place, and I wanted "before and
after" shots for any remodeling or redecorating. I also took pictures of
rooms in my great-grandmother's home the day I had a feeling it would be the
last time I ever visited there (unfortunately I was right). At least now I
have photos of the inside of her home, though...

No ghosts showed up in mine, though :)))

Really, what was he photographing, the lightswitch? A boring peice of
wall? Seems to me he just photo'ed these areas so he'd have room on the
pic. to add the "ghost." Pu-leeeze.

Just my humble opinion here,

All the experiences I have ever had with ghosts, none of them showed up
with "skull" faces. The reason being this....this is what we "expect"
spirits to look like. They don't. I can't put into words the horror
of an evil one for you. It is the look in the eyes, the smile on the
face...I guarantee...it is not what Hollywood wants us to believe..
Have any of you looked at Jeffery Dahmer? Seen how there was no light
shining in his eyes? Darkness...endless... I laugh at these that are
so blatantly ridiculous. From what I have witnessed, there aren't
faces, but "feelings", forms, movable, shifting...with a presence that
can't be denied. Skull faces are great for scaring children, but for
the rest of us that have been there and done that, please.

Even negatives are not good proof because there is hardware to output
digital images from the computer to film negatives.

I just had two rolls of film developed from cemerty touring this weekend in the
Berkshires of MA. Day and night photos--

Somebody get over here and scrape me up off the floor where I have fallen in
disbelief of what I captured on film--in the middle of the day no less!

A ghost as flesh and blood as you and me! Solid--Solid I say! There is no way
I can think of to convince myself that what I am seeing actual, no less a way
to convince anyone else for the time being. Will post it as soon as I begin
breathing again--maybe in a couple of days when "they" release me with pills in
hand! holy shit~~~~~~~~Call 911 <pant-gasp-pant-gasp>

It is clearly a fake, the image they chose for the ghost is
a 3D generated image pasted to a 2D background image.

That's what separates the pro's from the gullible. Not trying to make anything
against anyone, but the second I viewed the pictures I knew that they were
fraudulent. The same identical phantom is seen in multiple pictures and
doesn't move a single thread of an inch in them. It is superimposed through
manipulation of software. When enlarged 16 times through my software, it is so
appearant. I could actually see the altering of the image with different
layers.

This would have been so much better of a series of pictures had this guy put
them on his web site and used them as ghost images instead of proclaiming them
as real.

I also have to be careful on Dave's GHOST WEB site once in a while. We all
make mistakes and I have seen mistakes once in a while, like an orb with a
trail behind it turned out to be a car antenna when I got into my software
under magnification. Oops. Happens to the best of us! :)

Absolutely Daniela, I agree with you completely. Very well said. I have
had the ability to see spirits and communicate for 20+ years now and I have
never seen a spirit with a skull face. They all were either orbs like we
see in photographs (most orbs are not spiritual in nature that appear on
film and are called orbs, most are dust), and others have looked quite much
like normal people with some part of them being transparent. Most spirits
I will state leave an incredible feeling that they are right next to you,
but remain unseen. Hollywood hasn't made a authentic ghost documentary to
date. They have made too much money making "Blaire Witch Project",
"Amityville", etc.

Consensus here is that it's a fake, because it looks multi-layered when analyzed
and because the experts here say it doesn't look like any spirit they've ever
seen.
