I don't know how many times this has happened. I'm at a site full of
pictures that supposedly have ghosts in them, but I can't see them!! In a
caption below a picture, it will say something like "You can make out the
definate shape of a face in the mist", and there will be this big, swirling
mass of something, and I can't make out anything in it. Sometimes, you can
figure it's a fake just because someone would have to know somethings there
for them to see it. Take a look at this one:
http://www.ghostresearch.org/ghostpics/japan1.html
Now, I see something in the picture. An upper body and face? Maybe after
be squashed and thrown in to a blender. How about this one:
http://www.ghostresearch.org/ghostpics/ghost6.html
Maybe it's like one of those pictures that seems like just a jumble of lines
until you get what it is and can't belive you missed it, but they go into a
lot of detail that I just don't see. I do admit, though, that there are
many pictures on this site and others which are much better,

Oh, I agree with you 100%! I often have to strain to see what others are
seeing in these ghost photographs. I really didn't see anything when
exploring that one of the skeleton ghost, for example. It just looked like
a guy sitting there! I do have good vision, but I just don't see what
others see. Bummer. So, anyhow, you're not alone!

hehehe... Ben slow down. I know the site. do you have any photo
software? A lot of the time you will have to save the image and open in
a programe for photo editing. If you don't just let me know and i will
try and help.

The tip with the ghost6 picture is to save it, use a paint program,
convert the picture into negative form and play around with the
brightness/contrast/gamma once you do that it should be a lot clearer.

Pic 6 just looks like a double exposure to me.

I once took a picture of a group of friends with a camera that I had found
in a drawer (I tend to misplace cameras a lot, so I have a lot of them.)
Anyway, the camera had a half used roll of film in it, and I was finishing
it off. One of the frames was double exposed, and had a very creepy result
of one friends "ghost" face floating in someone else's abdomen...grinning
maniacally. Everyone was--and still is--alive and well.

Some pictures I can't explain as easily, however...

Look at the pic noted in the sight above. Does *anyone* know what that wall of
yellow is in this picture? Monday I took a picture with my 35 MM and the last
exposure in the roll of 24 showed something very similar, but much more intense
and brighter. The lab could not explain it to me and said that it was not
over-exposure (would read red or gray not yellow), chemical, a physical block
or anything that they could explain. The camera screamed when I took this
picture, at least I hope it was the camera that did the screaming :0

The really bizzare part of my picture is that there are orbs in motion leaving
a contrail on the left side of the picture and the wall of yellow on the right.
The negative was exposed a full frame and a half and printed like a panaramic
picture. The lab could not explain that one either!

Waiting for access to a scanner to get it onto my site. Any thought on the
yellow wall or last picture in the roll taking up a frame and a half on the
negative? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I have asked three lab techs who work in paranormal photography about the color
yellow as discussed in Pic 6.

They say it is not possible that the color yellow could be over-exposure. Red,
gray, black Yes! However, not yellow, no chance what-so-ever!

Has anyone else captured a yellow haze or wall on film? What is the
explination given? Really curious!

PS April where are you? This is a question for you!

I almost never see the "ghosts" in ghost photos either...and if you have
to put them in a graphics editing program to see "something"--well, that
seems to me that you're just highlighting some mechanical error or
development mistake.

I take all of them with a grain of salt.
