PDP-1123 and RX02 Boot problems

Dear folklore computer members. I have a problem with my PDP1123 that wil not read any 8" disk. Only got al Klang at 173000"G". (Thought that was the code to a Boot command) Disks rotate, positionmotor give a little swing for and back, the screen give a code back 173102 Thats it.
