PDP-1123 and RX02 Boot problems

I have a problem with my PDP1123 that wil not read any 8" disk.
Only got al Klang at 173000"G". (Thought that was the code to a Boot
command)
Disks rotate, positionmotor give a little swing for and back, the
screen give a code back
173102
Thats it.
Made several Bootstraps as in the book ( 1 out of 2 out of 1981 that
is the standard digital books)
Also ones found on several sites.
The system is in ODT mode, all switches at front at the 11/23 are
downwards.
System has a RX02 dual Flop unit, M8186 CPU, M8029 Diskdrive, and 2
M8047 -serial cards.
Is there a special order of those cards?
Left upper is the 8186, left 2e is the M8029
Right upper the 2 M8047's
Checked the strappings all correct, cabeling, etc.
Even mechanicaly switched the disk units D1 to D0 and D0 to D1.
I have at least 3 disks that should be bootable is sayes System and
RT11-SJ + Pascal.
At least I must hear some seeking noise but only a short Klang, and it
fals right off again.
In the book or was it at some PDF file I read that there is a register
that I can check the error bit
with a table of errors.
But I cant see how I read out that status registor accoring to the
bits the mentioned.
