Awwww! You both have my sympathy. Harry was red/green/brown color blind so I
can sympathsize with David. Dalin, you get a pat on the head because picking
decorator colors was a nightmare.

Harry saw colors but not as the normal eye does. I would pick out wallpaper or
paint and the color would look terrible to him and we would go round and round
finding something that looked good to him and that I liked. Never had anything
in shades of green in walls, carpets or furniture. It all looked like mud to
him.
Clothes weren't a problem. He would try on a style he liked and I'd suggest
the colors - whether his eyes liked them or not. LOLOL

Well, about three months later, when I was showing the house to a
prospective tenant with the sun shining in, I suddenly realized he had
painted the ceiling antique white, and used white white to finish the
job. So in the middle of the wall between living area and dining nook,
the color changed from antique white to white white , - also a stock
color. And he had even complained about the price of matching the paint
I had originally bought, when he ran out. I like to use good paint. He
should dare complain-- I paid him plenty, - and wasn't able to go look
at it right away. Blake
