I've had acne for years and the usually cleanse, tone and moisturize
routine didn't even work for me. I suppose some of us are just
genetically predisposed to bad skin. Other than that, I believe that
environmental factors like stress and pollution play a big part in
causing acne. Diet is another major factor.

Fortunately, I've got my acne problem under control now. Other than
the occasional pimple, I'm proud to say I have clear skin. Do visit my
blog where I share some tips on how to clear up your skin.

Ain't it the truth! And some twit that posts a link to their blogspot
of tips and tricks, of which they have harvested from the internet, is
another turnoff. I don't take advice or tips from retards that resort
to this type of spam.

But you are right. That name certainly doesn't inspire confidence.
"Wow Joan, your skins sure looks nice!" "Thanks. I got some tips from
a poster named shithead, oops, sorry her name was wannapoop."

I'm trying to figure how to set up a filter for any reference to the
word "blogspot"; that'd get rid of a fair amt of spam. (As would being
able to filter out gmail, although there are a few legit posters who
have gmail addys, but not many). And if I could filter out crossposting
to more than 2 groups that's take care of a bunch more. Hmmm, time to
look for a new newsreader...

Filter out gmail addresses. Just do it. If there are legit posters
who want you to read what they write, they'll find a way to get
their messages to you.
