MAKE-UP ARTIST MAGAZINE ANNUAL TRADE SHOW & CONVENTION

Michael Key and the staff of MAKE-UP ARTIST MAGAZINE

at the Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena California. This trade show and
convention is open to the public as well as the film and television
professionals that are featured as speakers as well as attendees.

This year's speakers are truly the cream of the pros. They are Make-up
Artists who have been nominated or won Oscars for their work in film as well
as been featured in numerous magazines!

RICK BAKER

With six Academy Awards to his credit, Rick Baker has become the
film industry's premiere make-up effects artist. In 2000 alone, Baker
applied his artistry in The Klumps, Academy Award winning Dr.
Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Tim Burton's Planet of the
Apes. Baker's other Oscar accomplishments include Men in
Black, Ed Wood, An American Werewolf in London, Harry and the Hendersons
and The Nutty Professor.

RONNIE SPECTER

For the past 20 years, Ronnie Specter has been captivating
audiences with the beautiful and memorable screen looks she has created for
Hollywood's leading actors and actresses. The alluring looks of Michelle
Pfeiffer as "Catwoman" in the film Batman Returns earned her an Oscar
nomination for makeup artistry. Recent credits include the blockbuster
films What Lies Beneathand What Women Want.

STUART FREEBORN

Probably best known by the popular masses for his work on Star
Wars, Stuart Freeborn's career encompasses decades of work
ranging from Charlie Chaplin, Jayne Mansfield, Peter Sellers to Stanley
Kubrick's classic 2001: A Space Odyssey. Now retired, he currently
resides in London with his wife Kathleen, who is a renowned make-up artist
in her own right.

COLLIER STRONG

Collier Strong is one of the worlds most sought after make-up
artists in print and fashion. His work is everywhere. He is famous for his
clean make-ups that have a natural glow. Collier has spent his career
doing print work and celebrity covers, but has also contributed to such
feature films as The Replacement Killers, Hush, Mimic and Romy &
Michelle's High School Reunion. This multi-talented artist also helped
design the 2000 Spring line of make-up for L'Oreal Cosmetics for whom
he is a spokesperson
