What one item do you consider your most used and/or enjoyable colour
cosmetic item?

Definitely liner on bottom of eye. I look dead without it and I love to
experiment with different colors.

This is more a summer item but I bought it in September.

Trish Sunkissed all-over face color. Perfect as blush
and just too brighten. It is what I imagined Nars Orgasm
would have been but wasn't!

Blush, definitely blush. Club Monaco cheek dew, Tarte cheek gel and CG
gel blush sticks are the favs right now.

That came out this fall (or maybe now it's considered winter...?) My Laura
Mercier lip palette from Saks (apparently it's exclusively there) I know it's
not "new colors" but it's a new offering, and I'm finding almost EVERY color in
it quite wearable, which is a treat! It has Roman Moon, Cappuccino, Pink Grape,
Tea Rose, Amaretto, Baby Lips, Seduction, Gold, Quartz and Just Lips.

Hard choice!

Probably either the Guerlain pomponette in Rosa Velvet or my new Pixi "blonde"
palette....

I also swapped for a Nars Bora Bora duo and Kilimanjaro duo--I've been wearing
both constantly!

and there's my Kolor Invisibly coverage foundation----aww sheesh! i can't
choose!

I really like Stila Champagne Eye Gloss and Grace shadow. :) Just ordered Hard
Candy Lipachino lipstick from sephora.com, so I'll see how I like it.

BB Ruby Shimmer lipstick and Ruby Sugar gloss. I've tried reds before but not
often because they always looked garish on me. These two are just grown-up and
sultry and now I'm addicted to red, at least for the season.

OPI Live from New York, It's OPI nail polish. Absolutely love this.
Second place would be Bonne Bell Cinnamon lipliner, though it's not new and
it's not a "fall" item, technically. Still, it's the perfect warm red for a
stain for me.

I finally got the chance to see these yesterday and I was so disappointed.
From the name, and from the BB Ruby Stain (which I have and love), I thought
they would be more red. But they're not. They were basically wine colored.
Not a color I can easily wear since it just washes me out since I'm pale and
fair-haired.

So I had to console myself with the MAC Russian Red lipglass (which I saw for
the first time this weekend as well).

Lately it's been the colors in the BB Kir kit. The sand pink blush and bone and
stone eyeshadows have been no-brainers for me with any lipcolor. Because I'm
really getting a lot of use out of all the products in the kit, this has been a
good buy. </justification>

At the moment, it's Revlon's cheek shimmer from the Wild Ones line--the
color is called "Tempting". It makes me look a lot more alive. In
general, I'm not a blush person, so the usually-most-used item is a
toss-up between a sheer neutral lipstick and brown eyeliner (applied VERY
lightly to top lid for some definition).

My most enjoyable item would be the MAC Snake Eyes nail polishes - especially
Chroma Copper Cobra. I find these hypnotizing and strangely soothing. I'm hard
pressed to think of another color cosmetic ever that has made me smile so much.

Most used new fall item would be Nars Sin blush.

One item.. hmmm.. it'd have to be the rose gold eye shimmer by Bobbi
Brown. I use it for a lid color, browbone highlighter, blush and I
highlight my lipstick with it.. not all at the same time of course.

Definitely MF Lipfinity lipsticks. I've got 3: 180 (pinky coffee shade
like MAC Twig), 70 (warm browny pink) and 110 (muted red with gold
sparkles). They're not particularly exciting colours, but very
wearable - and they really last.

Lately I've been reaching for an oldie but goodie when I am in a makeup
funk - MAC tilt always puts my best face forward. Also, I *just* got
the revlon sandstorm quad, and am getting a lot of use out of it, esp
as lip makeup. Also have been wearing steel kisses and precious metal
eyeglow on lips, browbone and cheeks on nights out to give a nice
glowing base for rest of makeup.

The trick is to use BB red lip liner, the Ruby Stain and Ruby sugar gloss
together - has real impact that way as opposed to wimpy when one item is
used alone. rjudith

Me, too, Audrey (the brushes I mean). They emailed me to tell me that
they had improved them (I had peppered them with complaint emails),
and I just don't see any difference.

Speaking of Chanel mascara, I reached for my Sculpting Mascara this
morning to find it somewhat liquified and glopped all over the brush -
disgusting mess, and I ended up throwing it away.

Chanel does have a problem with longevity.

It's not a new colour, but lately I've been using my MAC Satin Taupe
e/s a lot more than usual... practically every day! I have about 5
seconds to put on makeup in the morning, so Satin Taupe is usually
what I reach for.
