I see some copies on amazon, but can't tell if they're legit or
fake...

Does anyone know if this ever saw "official" release on dvd, or which
countries it might have been issued in?

I've got it, and it's an "official" DVD. It's region 1 from Amazon.com.

There's not much jazz in it, bit it's a great look at the Woodman and his
family - especially his mum and dad! Buy it, you'll not be sorry.
