Basic for OS/2 (CA Realizer)

This just has *got* to be bait, but if somebody gets a point off me,
then all the more power to him/her. In case it isn't bait, here it is
in all its glory (no need to trim anything off his post). Note the
TabDamageWithoutTabs (tm) that Tom Swint so cleverly employs to get a
107 column post.
