It has dual meaning. First it is an A-frame house in northern
California after the recent earthquake. Note how the upper right
portion of the roof has fallen onto the occupants.

What makes this a truely masterful and inspiring use of the ASCII medium
however is the political commentary. There are two rightward leaning
politicos being propped up by one leftward leaning. Notice that if any
are removed, the stability of the system is destroyed, and everything
crashes to the center. I am unclear as to whether the pundit in the
center has fallen from the left or from the right.
