I'm running the characters fighting in a vr space with dungeons and dragons
rules... and campaigns love to not be short things... I just do NOT know how I'm
gonna do it. I'm currently looking for a Combat simulator to do it for me. So I
can plug in heroes and villains and it handles everything else.

I do NOT wanna roll the dice for 10+ heroes alone...

But it's cookie *dough* bleah! There was a Bluebell chocolate chip that was
quite fine too, because the chips were *unique* Tho' I am partial to
Godiva's dark chocolate and the carmel, pecan truffle chocolate stuff. And
my absolute fave? Baskin & Robbins Kaluha & Cream. *droooool* oops,

But, but, when the PWPs actually start reforming themselves to *have* a
plot? I get a little worried. But for the current fic, I remind myself
that I have lots and lots of scenes that will never need to go into the
story, they can just rattle about in my little fevered brain. Gotta
finish the current scene then go work on the *other* new fic which has
been screaming at me this past week to write it. That one isn't
primarily about sex, but it actually has a plot. I'm astonished.

What a great site! I put these ingredients into their search engine and
found *all kinds* of interesting things. Wowser! And speaking of Godiva
chocolate stuff as you were above, have you tried their hot cocoa mix? I
know where the Godiva store is here in town ...

Oh gad, I know *that* feeling - I have *pages* to *notebooks* of stuff
written that never makes it into my product. And w/ fanfics . . . I'll tell
friends about whole chapters that never get there. But it's all an
exercise, at least. Allows the writer to study every aspect of their
characters, the world, the story, etc.

No . . . I have the Ghiradelli double hot chocolate which is very smooth w/
hot milk. Godiva hot chocolate sounds 10 times more decadent and delicious.
I brave their store only about once or twice a year - buy gifts and treat
myself to a truffle or two (or a dark chocolate dipped strawberry in the
Summer). And off, yet on topic of chocolate - soon! I will have in my hands
some German chocolate flavors that I can't find here. Some of my guys are
working over there and I placed my order, if they had time. So . . . I'm
hoping . . . since one of them also likes the same stuff I do . . . I'll
hoard it like a squirrel. ^^ One of my fave stories to tell on myself -
one of the times I went to Switzerland, I purchased a bag of chocolates from
a candy store, for my mom since I had no idea what to pick up for her that
time. Unfortunately, it sorta' dissappeared on the trip back . . . ^^ yum!

I recall being VERY stunned when I found a plot HAD developed in a series only
intended as fluff and sex. Mostly sex.

Maybe that's why chocolate causes pores to clog... a sort of instant kharmic

Yes! This is exactly what happened to me. I'd relegated the second part
of a story to just random sex scenes and by golly! a plot spontaneously
appeared despite my best efforts.

Kahlua (had to look up the actual spelling) is coffee liqueur. Kahlua

I'm finding that the cut scenes actually can make reasonable PWPs. But I
wasn't too upset at the mutation of this particular piece. Originally,
it was supposed to be a plotted part II. Then it mutated into random
PWPs with a somewhat different cast. Then it mutated *again*, still with
the new cast, but re-grew a story. Then it kept budding still more
random PWPs, many of which get pruned.

heh. This next novel will terrify everyone . . . whee! it's rather twisted

well, that's a keen surprise in the midst of the other things spontaneously
happening. ^^ I've never had that happen - but then I literally map out my
sex scenes. We won't go into real life, here. ^^

I don't like coffee but Kahlua (thank you Laurie) ...... ditto mmmmmmm....
My first college beau got me hooked - he drank Brown Cows at every bar we
went to. Me, all of 16 - "let me try" Me, 30 min later - Gimme' another,
just keep 'em coming! I, then, seduced others over to Kahlua & Creams. I
had one once where they splash in a bit of Ameretto - heaven! But Eld, when
they're blended - it's like a coffee-y type milkshake . . . yum!

More tragic because the plot embedded itself in the naughtiness. Some
significant character development and plot turns take place during that
naughtiness. The story after that point is really going to make no sense
without those scenes.

Ooh, I like that acronym. But I'll admit it's the first time I've seen
it. I've seen PWP in many a fanfic genre now, but not FMV. Where exactly
did you first see it? Or is it your creation?

I can't depend on folders. Stuff gets lost forever. So I write in spiral
bound notebooks (when in the longhand phase) and draw in bound
sketchbooks. Of course for writing, it's sufficient to label the top of
each page with a big "LEMON" to ward off the unwary reader. Lot harder
to do that with drawings. I mean, once you've seen it, you've seen it.
So *those* drawings have to have their very own exclusive sketchbook
which never leaves the house.

Yeah, those characters insist on developing relationships of their own,
that even I never expected.

...It's a very bad pun. "Cut scene", as well as a scene which is cut, can
be used to refer to non-playable story scenes in video games. These are
frequently done in Full-Motion Video, that is, FMV.

I know the feeling. I've turned some sex scenes into FMV's so that they can be
separate... or even wholy separated out and removed... but often the plot sneaks
in so I can't make them separate ^.^; *will never see the day when he'll have a

Nope. Not rude at all ^^

As for coffee... maybe I should say I'm a WEAK coffee person. Instants and hills
bros. and that's it. No Dark Roast no Columbian supreme. I can't even stand them

I just needed something to call what my sex scenes have degenerated into. They
USED to be play by play commentary... now they're little more than blurbs with
all the action taking place in my head and refusing to be typed up. So I figure
if I ever become good at even flash animation -and insert an art chip into my
head- I can render them visually.

But since I think they should be FULL MOTION VIDEOS I figure needed to play off
of FMV... then came up with Frisk Me Vigorously ^^ Afterall sometimes they're
just frisking OR frisky without getting anywhere for a while. So it fits ^^

Hey, I figure I better gain skill at doing still pictures first, before
I try to attempt animation. Even if the action insists on playing in my
head too ... over and over and over ...

Erm, yes. The one I'm working on now has been just sitting there for two
weeks in my notebook, because I haven't been able to get the words on
paper. Then I get a sentence down. And another one. I'm surprised the
characters in question haven't been beating a path out of my brain
because *they're* the ones being kept hanging at the brink.

A certain needlework magazine is now called Family Circle Easy Knitting.
It used to be just Family Circle Knitting, and for a long while could
only be found on newstands. It was highly amusing on the knitting groups
to see people announcing that they had finally found a FCK.

For a long while I'd misplaced my Utena fansub tape of episodes 28-31.
The Ruka episodes! I tore the house apart before I found the tape hiding
in the same box with my Saber Marionette J tapes.

My writing pace during composition is much slower. Unless I've got a
scene *really* worked out to the last detail in my head. And even then,
the translation from mental video to text isn't all that smooth yet. And
I still can't compose fiction at the keyboard (couldn't even really do
it pre-computer). But the second draft occurs when I'm typing work in
from the notebook, and that works pretty well.

It's a practice and enjoyment thing. You sound much more like the words
type. You enjoy that, so you practice it and you get better. Vicious

I guess I'm a medium coffee person. No dark roast or Columbian supreme
for me either. When I hit a coffee shop I'll go for the things like the
lattes, cappuchinos or mochas. Then there's a fellow I work with who

I agree w/ Eld - I'm not a coffee drinker - when I was in HS - I drank it
daily w/ heavy doses of sugar and milk - because the teacher I had a crush
on would buy me a cup of coffee and a doughnut every morning. ^^

x.X whoa. *has never had one in it's single state let alone primary* I only know
I have to add enough cream to the darker ones to turn them off white to drink
them... which is irritating if using packets of creamer ... or you add enough
milk that there's now several cups of coffee with YOUR name on them.

*nods* Of course I remembered AFTER I HIT SEND that I don't even like Hills bros
being brewed... maybe it's something about the brewing process. Some odor that
escapes with that whole waking everyone up at the crack of dawn that just rubs my
senses raw. It must be... I like the aroma... so it must be something else...
wish I could pin it down... A Change in the soil perhaps?

I'm notorious for needing to drop myself in the deep end to make me learn to swim
in the shallows.

That or just needing a chip in my head with all the data. I would love to see my
ideas on visual media but I do not have nearly the dedication to get to the point
I could do it myself. Partly due to my not quite steady hands that are used to

^^ I nearly destroyed a large chunk of work for the monster fanfic over on my
FortuneCity account. I had some 50 double sided no spaced -save dialogue-
notebook pages to enter into the computer. I almost threw up on the computer at
the monotonous feel of it. I still get brought to the brink of retching with
monotony. And I have NOT once done so since I was 6. Talk about training the body

Seriously. I contracted out for character art. Since the fans I do have who art
my friends don't speak up at all. I'm amazed they filled out a poll... but then
it's anonymous. And much like Movie A man being caught is worse than the doing.

Yep. And just like crack it's addictive. It's tearing me apart that I won't have

Oh, my. But then, I don't think I had any teachers during JHS or HS who
were worth a crush. Did have a couple of college professors who were,
but I understood the problems by them of acting on such a crush.

I didn't start drinking coffee until my first job in industry. And it
was a good while before I gave up the cream and sugar. Took it only
black for a long while. Now at home, I will use cream but rarely sugar.

Oh yeah, to both. I try to avoid Starbucks -- I just don't know what
they do in there but it *always* smells burnt. And I've had to clean up
a few too many office coffee pots myself, because I tend to be one of
the early people in the office to avoid morning traffic. So I'd find the
remains of the prior day which have to be cleaned up before a new pot
can be brewed. It was bad enough that I don't mind too much having to
pay for my coffee in the cafeteria, as my current office doesn't allow
local coffee machines. But they bought us a full-sized refrigerator and
that makes up for a lot.

As I think we all well know - I'm the shameless Touga-flirt here - there
were 3 cute male teachers in my HS (lots more female actually) & all 3 knew
who I was. ^^ I was not afraid of flirting w/ anyone . . . Were that I

did flirt madly w/ my Business Math professor. He was very sweet &
avuncular about it.

Yes, it does. I can relate to full sized 'fridge. I just wish the office

Yup, there wasn't anybody cute among the faculty when I was in HS.

Hrm, your Touga side is showing. You make it sound like I don't wear
clothes when drinking coffee. *Not* the case, I assure you. But
regarding cream and sugar, my folks always took it black, so I figured
that was how one was "supposed" to drink it. When I started, desperation
drove me to cream and sugar. Much later, I realized how weak my mother
brews her coffee -- uses only about half the recommended amount of
grounds. And when we compare notes over the same stuff, say a restaurant
blend, we rarely even like the same ones.

I lucked out. The canteen (with the fridge and the microwave) are at the
other end of the floor from me. Hardly luxury accomodations -- it's a
converted warehouse.

Not that I know if they are coffee addicts... though I know if the upper level
people here were my neighbors and they smelled coffee they might come over with
mugs in their hands hoping to get a fix. *exaggerates but he'd hate to see

No worry. I lucked out. I'm a good book learner, and found a bunch of
good instructional books as a child. Then in high school I was able to
take night courses at a local fine arts school which teaches in the
academic tradition of the 1800s. Not to everyone's taste, of course, but
it was exactly what I needed. There's not very many of those schools
around, and there were even fewer twenty years ago. I was lucky in
having one in my own city.

I've invariably been running the mental tape over and over and over in
my head before I ever start putting words on paper. That's where a lot
of the problems get solved, but admittedly not all of them.

I knew I forgot something yesterday... to go back and say when friday started in
the message.

^^ Sometimes one lucks out and sometimes one is out of luck. I'm sure if I'd
looked I'd have probably been in the out of luck department and probably been one
block off from being in the other.

*looks over his text* I should have said that better by saying... when I type in
I ramble away and wander off from what I had written... without even first
getting it all in. Often rehashing in a completely different way either the same
situation or some totally new one that just comes from out of nowhere. And when
I've ALREADY done a thing it pisses me off to do that.

Bad enough no 2 drafts diverge from each other when I write for "credit" in some
way... so why does it try to visit itself upon me when it doesn't matter by
making every draft it's own being -.-

. . . I just did it without trying -.-;;; ugh.

I wonder if there's an option in the Saturn game to hum a Duel Song. Maybe gain
an Anthy Point doing so as everyone looks at you like you just announced your

Hmm.. I'm not sure about that. It could also be "Tricophagophilia"... Trico, I
believe, is another way of saying "hair," and seems to be the one used in
diagnosing neuroses (i.e., tricotillomania).

Tricotillo? It literally means "hair-pulling". Tricotillomania is a
psychological disorder in which people who are affected constantly pull out
their own hair, sometimes even to the point of noticeable hair loss. (I have a
_very_ mild form of this, which is how I know it ^^;)

Yes, I learned about this in my high school Pychology course... It can be
potentially serious, as you say. People affected by the disease will sometimes
leave lying around sizable wads of hair that they have pulled out. I'm glad to
hear that it's only a mild form of the condition that you are afflicted with...

It's not so hard to write a faux Duel Song (especially after having translated
so many actual ones):

Esoteric reference to Western culture
Something tangentially related to the above
Yet more esoteric shit
Aa, made-up word written in highly improbable katakana!

Mandatory reference to ammonite!

Were I a duellist, my duel song would be about the art movements of the late
nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. I'm not sure what that says about me.

A Duel set to "Kuru Kuru Mirakuru"... that would be pretty bizarre.

My Duel theme? Probably Rammstein. Although Rammstein would be more appropriate
for a mech anime. ^^;

Okay, mine would be scary, it'd have references to Backstreet Boys, Andrew
Lloyd Webber, long haired boys, sex and Europe, not to mention cats, all set

Hey! after all my replies - you seduced me into allowing Touga as a
villain! He's not a villain! Actually, none of them are. Aya, Utena and
Parn are the villains!

Okay. I'll put in an order for 1 Saionji, 1 Ruka and 1 Mikage.

Like "Survivor" but mixing in all the characters from different series
together? If you start to overpopulate, do they have to vote someone
out?

Hey, that might not be such a bad thing. I've never been much of a
runner. Unless somebody halts that ecchiness, I'll have to lay traps or
something in order to snag some. Not counting the stuff I generate
myself, of course.

Looks like we're getting into Calvin's transmorgifier - since I'd want a
Mikage myself. ^^ Hmmmm, unless we'd share - I'd be willing . . . esp. if
I had a Touga, & a Schuldig (at the very minimum) on the side.

Mikage: *looks over shoulder* Snookums! Did you just say you want others
and you'd let another woman use me as well?
Katherine: Doesn't that happen already? Who's at the studio "visiting" on
occassion?
Mikage: #^___^# Snookums!
Katherine: And who comes home with his hair smelling of wasabi?
Mikage: I don't know . . . .
Katherine: Uh-huh -_-

What kind of games do they play then?

Is that a Cartman face?

Last time we had a resident feral mouse was when cat #3 found it. Craig
took the mouse away from him when it looked like he was ready to stop
playing with his food and dine instead. Never know where those vermin
have been. Happy to say that's the only mouse I know of for my entire
life of various residences. Doesn't count the mice at the office at
work.

Okay. Sounds good. I've got a couple of spares too, after all. I'd ask
for more, but I figured Eld would be innundated with requests so I
wanted to give him a chance to catch up first.

And don't forget Saionji -- he hasn't forgotten you ...

Heh. Katherine, your problems are solved. The boy will be too damned
tired to be wandering away for quite a while, I think.

At least now we've solved the mystery of where all those duplicate
Mikages came from a few months ago.

Not to worry. It would be a slow and gradual process. Suppose the island
can support one hundred characters. They get one more. So then they vote
off one person. Equilibrium is maintained, and they still have plenty of
people to play games with.

Now then, for *what* they play. Since we're starting from Utena fandom,
of course they'll have a duelling arena. Heck, just getting up those
stairs would be an endurance test in and of itself. How about car races
down the highway to the End of the World? Car gymnastics? Psychological
games in an elevator?
