Bought myself a handful of singles today. How cool is Holy Joe (Guilty Mix)?!
Also - *WOW*, the version of One on the Miss Sarajevo single is *breathtaking*!
I actually had tears in my eyes by the end of it. That is truly gorgeous.

Oh, I know! I wasn't sure whether or not to buy the Miss Sarajevo single,
but I'm so glad i did!
I went through a period of being totally obsessed with Holy Joe, it really
is a kick ass song.

Since I began working at a record store, my U2 collection has grown
immensely. I think I have the majority of the singles now, and was so happy
when I completed my AB collection!
(Today was my last day at work, I was so upset I cried!)

I know what you mean, I heard it for the first time on the radio a few years
back so I went out and baught it myself.\

Ain't it a cool version though? What other singles did you get?

I still listen to all of my 80s U2 singles fairly regularly (when
they're not loaned out anyway). It's easier to just pop in the
"Best of..." CD but still, I have them so darnit, I'm gonna play
them ;)

Hey,
I do that all the time I think listening to the Vinyl is better to be
honest. I never play the early ones I recorded them on to a tape and
listening to them that way, but who say's CD is the best!

yah, I baught Rattle and Hum on Vinyl and it sounds so much better, more
like it was supposed to sound like.

I got 3 - Discotheque (with Holy Joe), Miss Sarajevo, and Sweetest Thing (with
those grrrrrrreat live versions of Stories For Boys and Out Of Control). There
were a load of other singles in the shop, all with remixes of various songs,
but I decided to leave them for another day. :o)

By the way, what's the story behind that Viva Davidoff track? It's very eerie!
