The Finnish final of MGP will be held on Friday, October 9, at 20:00
Finnish time, 1800 UTC, which is 2 pm EDT. It will air live on YLE
Finland's Swedish TV service, FST5. This program will probably be streamed
live over the Internet, most likely at http://arenan.yle.fi/
I can't quite figure it out yet. Of course, Youtube will probably have all
the performances eventually.

some girl named Amanda. Well, 3 outta 4 ain't bad.
But, joining Amanda in the MGP Nordic competition are the four Black White
Boys!

I thought this was probably the best group rock performance of any of the
four countries... maybe Norway's Mystery was a little better, but I liked
the Black White Boys' songe better.
I was a bit surprised by the winner, because I thought one of the other
girls was better than her. But she did a good job.

Well, this was very cute. I'm surprised they didn't win on cuteness alone,
since last year's Finnish winners were quite awful singers and still
managed to win. I liked their song. It had a cool Mowtown sound to it.
And I liked Peter's handstand!

Sorry, no Youtube of Lucas is available, either. It's too bad he isn't a
better singer; it would have been very cool to have one more solo singer
with a guitar slung over his shoulder in the finals. I kinda liked his
song, but his singing just wasn't there at all.
So now, the stage is set for the big MGP Nordic Final, which will take
place in Stockholm on November 28.

Sorry, but I'm neither a recorder or a video poster. All of the links I've
given in these reports have been videos posted by other people to Youtube,
or else on the countries' own sites. I guess MGP just isn't as popular in
Finland than in the other three countries.
