    Caused by the creation of the Democrats - the mortgage meltdown
It also went down quite a bit under Obama

See ALL the companies that were "subsidized" by the Obama administration
    Most if not all are bankrupt

And for those that have not been subsidized, they have been laying off a
steady stream of employees over the last year
