It's not a federal court case, you bonehead!

In order to bring it in federal court, there would have to be
diversity. There is no diversity here, so the feds have no
jurisdiction. I would bring it in state court.

Like I said; you should really talk to that fictional "lady lawyer" you
claim you're screwing. You're just looking dumber and dumber.

Milt, Milt, All Constitutional cases are handled in federal courts...
oh, and the First Amendment is part of the First Amendment.....
