I recall David Duke sending a letter to President Bush about the Jews. This
came right after 9/11. Not one Democrat decried his comments.
Let's face it. The KKK and White Supremist, have something in common
(despite the civil rights ideals) on the issue of the Jews.
They all buy The Protocols of Zion as authentic information.

cosmic shift in white supremacist politics ever since Johnson rammed
through the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, are you?
Look at what happened in the 1968 presidential election:
At the top, ibn the "Select the Year" dropdown menu, select 1964. You
will see the reaction in the Deep South to what white supremacists there
saw as Democratic betrayal. They went Republican for the first time
since the end of Reconstruction and they lost to the Democrats as
Johnson won handily. In 1968, they formed a third party and ran George
Wallace, who won in five states. Carter and Clinton were the only
Democratic candidates to win the Bubba vote in the Deep South and that
is because they were perceived as Favorite Sons, Good ol' Southern boys,
if you will and even they were largely rejected by the South when they
ran for a second term.
No other Democrat has been able to capture the Deep South. Now you are
expecting everyone to believe that the KKK will support Hillary and
Obama against the likes of Fred Thompson and Mitt Romney? Hell, the KKK
will even hold its collective nose and vote for Trudy Julie Annie before
they would vote for any Democratic frontrunner, with the possible
exception of Edwards, and that's only because he has a Southern drawl,
but definitely not for his politics.

Completely false. Most KKK members do not vote for the right or left. They
are their own party and beliefs.
David Duke has run as both a republican and a democrat as nothing more as a
means to get on the ballot.

motivations for protecting Israel and seeing it grow and prosper is the
many Bible passages that are interpreted as predicting that the Messiah
will return to Earth only after all the Jews return to the land now
known as Israel and restore the Temple at Jerusalem.

Democrats need to heed the words of William Kristol SOON or else they won't
stand a chance in the next election.

As far as David Duke goes, the only time he ever got ELECTED was when he
ran as a REPUBULICAN. He never got any significant amount of votes as a
Democrat. Someone smarter might not have used David Duke as an example,
no?
As far as the last 30 years go, when bigots do align themselves with a
major political party, it's always the GOP, ballboy.
Jim Gilchrist, founder of the Minutemen Project, ran for the US House of
Representatives in California as a Republican, and guess who he had
working on his campaign? None other than the National Alliance which is
one of the largest white supremacists group in the country.
