This is another bad scandal for the Clintons. Hillary's flunking
an easy bar exam was revealed
in Carl Bernstein's new biography on Hillary Clinton titled
"Woman in Charge". This disturbing revelation about Hillary
cannot be blamed on smearing by talk radio, or on a "vast right-wing
conspiracy".
Carl Bernstein has been a staunch, life-long liberal Democrat and is biased
toward
left-wing politicians like Clinton.

Even loony liberal Ariana Huffington has stated that this embarrassing
revelation about Hillary' secrecy is very disturbing. After all the
Democrat's demeaning of
Republican George Bush as being stupid, we learn that Hillary could not pass
a relatively easy bar exam which would take an I.Q. of about only 115. We
were already aware of
Hillary's deceitfulness but now we have discovered that she is also rather
stupid for even a senator,
let alone a U.S. president.

Not the kind of person we would want for president.

No. This is why she won't win. Her negatives are too high. A
Republican will be sitting in the White House in 08.

It's simply more evidence in the growing file that proves that everyone loves
Bush and that Newt Gingrich will win the 2008 election, if he sticks to his
Christian Family Values platform.

Ann Coulter was on Hannity and Colmes last night and revealed that Democrats
are minions of Satan who plan on holding massive Satanic rallies on July 4th
where they will barbecue Jewish babies and carve statues of Saddam Hussien.

Someone has to stop them!

Well, the office of the president has been populated with the bottom of the
barrel for some time. We've had sex addicts and brain-damaged, arrested
development children in the office.

By James Bandler, The Wall Street Journal

Kathleen Sullivan is a noted constitutional scholar who has argued cases
before the Supreme Court. Until recently, she was dean of Stanford Law
School. In legal circles, she has been talked about as a potential
Democratic nominee for the Supreme Court. But Ms. Sullivan recently
became the latest prominent victim of California's notoriously difficult
bar exam. Last month, the state sent out the results of its July test to
8,343 aspiring and already-practicing lawyers. More than half failed --
including Ms. Sullivan.

Although she is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts,
Ms. Sullivan was taking the California exam for the first time after
joining a Los Angeles-based firm as an appellate specialist.

The California bar exam has created misery for thousands of aspiring and
practicing lawyers. Former California Gov. Jerry Brown passed on his
second try, while former Gov. Pete Wilson needed four attempts. The
recently elected mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio R. Villaraigosa, never
did pass the bar after failing four times.

Let's see ..... Hillary failed .... did she ever make any claimes that she
passed?
Was she saupposed to make regular public statements about her failure?

Is failing to take a test (you claim was "easy", but you have no clue about
it) as bad as having daddy use his political influence to get a cushion
placement in the National Guard (pushing others aside to get to the top of
the list)?
Is failing a test as bad as going AWOL from that cushy assignment?
Is failing that test as bad as being both an alcoholic and drug addict (or
user)?
Is failing that test as bad as having your father's rich friends bail you
out of failed business ventures - while making an outrageous profit?
Is failing that test even as bad as pretending to be a "Texas Rancher", but
outrageously terrified of horses?

Is failing that test as bad as constantly lying to keep the above mentioned
facts out of the public eye?

The story is nonsense. She obviously never "hid" her failure on the
Bar exam. Had she chosen to hide it, Bernstein would have never
discovered it. Besides, she passed the second time -- which is common
with most new law grads -- and that 's all you have to do. As for the
bar exam being "easy," that's ridiculous. It's hard and the grading of
the state bar exams can be eccentric. One of my colleagues took the
bar in both Mass and New York. She passed in Mass, but failed New
York. In NY, you can appeal a failure if it involves the essays (not
the multiple choice questions), but they don't make it easy. You have
to go to Albany, pay for a copy of the exam, make notes and
specificially rebut the comments on the essay. She did. They sent it
to another grader, and she not only passed, but passed with a
"distinguished" score.

The article, which somehow conflates her neglect to pin the bar
failure to her forehead with "secretiveness" is total crapola. You
should be ashamed of yourself for posting it. When you compare this to
the crap young Bush pulled -- having his father get him a place in the
ANG so that he could avoid military service; or Cheney "other things
to do rather than serve in the Army"; or "multiple deferment and never
served" Ashcroft; or "never served" "screw your secretary" Gingrich
with his three wives; or randy Rudy, with his three wives and a clutch
of children who hate him; or Romney, who "was in missionary duty" and
was deferred while he was wasting two years boreassing people about
the Mormon cult; well, you just don't have much, do you?

Pathetic.

Failing a bar exam the first time out is no big deal.

In Virginia, the failure rate varies from 40 to 60 percent each year
-- half the people who take it fail. Ditto for most other states.

Not unusual for a newly-minted attorney to have to take two or three
shots at the bar exam.

And, tell us, oh wise one, when did you pass a bar exam?? Or did you
even graduate from the sixth grade?

Oh, come on.

I am a conservative.
I am a Republican.
The only reason I would vote for Hillary is if....(y'know, I can't
think of a single circumstance in which I would vote for Hillary...)

But this is ridiculous. The bar exam is NOT easy. Failing it the first
time you take it is very common, and not something to be ashamed of,
or to be criticized for.

...and man, I HATE this stuff. If the simple truth about her positions
NOW aren't sufficient to get people to vote against her, then lies and/
or stupidity like this won't help. All it will do is, justifiably,
make her supporters cry 'foul' and whine about persecution. Don't, for
the love of Pete, GIVE them any!!

The simple truth about her positions is sufficient. You don't NEED to
do this...stuff.

Yup, that's Gary Roselles (aka "Click") for you -- perhaps the most
vile, sociopathic embittered, venomous presence on usenet for pert
near a decade now.

His CV includes repeated threats to blow up Mt. Rushmore (he's told us
he lives within "eyeshot" of the monument), effusive praise of Al
Queda for killing Clinton critic Barbara Olsen (9/11 victim), hate-
filled, public admonitions to shoot then FL Secretary of State
Katherine Harris, calls to annihilate US religious groups and daily
political pronouncements so incredibly stupid that not even his
limited intellect or his alcoholism can fully account for them.

Here's some of his views on african-americans (Source: Google

What's really funny about him is that one moment he'll defend these
avowals with murderous, zealous passion and then the next he'll deny
he wrote them at all...

The archives don't lie, though.

Hope that helps

None of that surprises me, actually.
Thanks.

Sorry, but I don't think draft dodging and multiple divorces to be
asinine. I could well have attacked their "issues," but none seem to
have any, save the usual Republican crapola about being for smaller
government, lower taxes, and, of course, family values. When you're
dragging three wives in your wake, touting family values is just a bit
too hypocritial and ironic for most voters. When you claim to take
pride in public service, but slid out from military duty because of
political connections (Giuliani), your cult (Romney), multiple
questionable deferments (Ashcroft, Gingrich, and Cheney), then they
become germane as well.

I don't like H. Clinton but Einstein was a bad student so you must
conclude that he was stupid. Yes?
