The main news today is the assault on the E-Verify system. For years,
pro-immigration types have been claiming that its impossible to stop
illegal immigration. The E-Verify system allows employers to quickly
and easily verify eligibility online. It has been very successful,
which is why instead of making it mandatory Congressional leaders are
trying to get rid of it!
In the Senate, Menendez(D-NJ) has put a "hold" on the legislature to
re-authorize it. This bars the Senate from voting on it, which means E-
