It's actually the only one.
He might not have -- he may have used the OED without dredging up RAW's
book.
I took it to mean that a Playboy book might not be the most reliable
source for information. He might not even know who RAW is.

Thanks RMJon23. I have never gotten much of a pranayama practice
going. I learned a version of alternating nostril breath similar to
that in the video at a yoga class in New York around 1990.

My own father was notorious for this. Elders would tell me "He would
