Unfortunately one of them is crashed out, with a badly injured ankle, on
the inside sofa, whilst the other is asleep on the outside sofa (we have
interesting garden furniture).
Should I add more garlic to the sauce?
gary

Steveski
Yeah, what he said.

Jeff
And in the case of a pasta dish, always add it to the sauce.

The problem with being in the rat-race is:
Even if you win, you're still a rat.

Doh.. you and Arthur beat me to it... *sigh* :)

at what? ;)
You could always ladle the sauce from that horrible ceremonial helmet he
hated and then he'd have a valid excuse for not wearing it:-
Sorry Sybil dear - it seems to be full of bolognese sauce....
Kind regards,
Julian

Is-a notta rat.. is-a 'amster!
IGMC....
Never add _any_ garlic to ragů alla Bolognese.
OTOH, if you're making the famous English dish "spagg ball", rather than
the even more famous Italian dish tagliatelle[1] alla Bolognese, feel
free to chop both Heston and Delia into bits and add as much of them to
the sauce as you desire. Or garlic, or Worcestershire sauce, or tinned
mince. It really doesn't matter in that case.

[1] No, not spaghetti.
