Chaps,

I was playing CivIII last night (just a couple of turns,
managed to get to bed by half one in the morning...) and
nearly fell off my chair when Montezuema(sp?) popped up
in his little window and offered me 30 gold and a trade
agreement in exchange for Democracy[1] with a cry of:

"This is my best offer, and it's cutting me own throat".

I just had to say yes after that didn't I?
