If you really are Sean Johnson, I want you to know that I loved your
character. You had some great moments. Don't worry about people disliking
your character, those people are jerks anyway. I mean, after one episode no
one should be saying they hate a character.

This sort of discussion happens every time there are new actors on PR. Some
posters LOVE the new guys, some are only able to compare them unfavorably to
prior actors, some reserve judgement. But there is *always* lots of
discussion!
One thing some posters forget to keep in mind is that there's a difference
between the actor and the character. I know *nothing* about the actors
beyond their names, a couple of tidbits about Mike Chat that were posted
recently, and now their faces. Some of them seem to be more competent at
acting than others, but that's a little hard to tell based on a single
episode.
If you really are SCJ, don't let the unfavorable comments bother you. Who
knows what motivates people to say unkind things? Just do the best job you
can on the show we love!

people are adjusting. The only real complaint I see here is that there is
no ties to the past and that's the writers fault. Not yours or any of the
other actors. Right now I love Lightspeed. I must have watched the episode
nearly a dozen times already. As I said already, I think it's too early for
harsh criticism but you must realize that there will always be someone(s)
who will not like you. Hopefully that's outweighed by the fans who do like
you. You can add me to that list of fans that do like you......

IF you are him, then let me say that I don't hate or dislike you. It's
going to take me a while to get used to you and the other cast members,

I personally have no problem with you. In the IRC chat, you put off a nice
presence, which sort of got me interested in the series after I foolishly
swore it off (Lost Galaxy's ending was conclusive, and I kept saying I
wasn't going to watch PRLR solely on that principle). You and the rest of
the cast have the potential to make Lightspeed Rescue an awesome series, and
I'm looking forward to the rest of the season! :)
