only legitimate governmental workers, who I recognize, and people from
around the world will gather together under him, as we build up our
government while we are waiting for the release from prison of Timothy
McVeigh, his friends, and all of the people like him, who will help us
run our new world planetary government.
After the government makes its initial steps to unite all the people of
the world, then when Timothy McVeigh is found and brought to Las Vegas,
he will interface with the Mayor's office, and his staff and the people
with whom he interfaces, and they will start up new teams of workers to
consolidate all of the different offices of government we need to make
the global government plan work.
The Mayor, when he is satisfied that the plan for the new government is
set up properly, and that all the laws needed to be enacted are enacted
and in force, and that the working scheme and schematics - the general
and specific outlines for the work forces of the world - is set up
properly, without any outages, areas of uncertainty, or problem areas
that need to be worked on until they are completely corrected and
resolved and that they interface with all other aspects of the
governmental plan for a planetary government, and after further study
and review of the plan to make certain that every thing imaginable is
taken into account, and then dealt with, and worked into the plan, when
it is all a workable and realizable plan for a global government
covering every aspect of daily life, living, society, all the work
environments, and all the possibilities for varying non conventional,
patchwork fix-its, the emergency measures taken to cover every possible
scenario immaginable where in people are able to work, and maintain
their lives, and their living standards on an equal footing with every
one else, when all that is worked out, and every one can be united
under one global government, the Mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada, will
declare formally that the plan is ready to put into action, and he and
his committee members will sign it into Law, and with that, the final
government, led by Timothy McVeigh, his friends, and all of the people
like him, from around the world, as well as all of the capable people
who will also be able to work with Timothy McVeigh and all of the
people working with him, all of them will begin the transition to the
new government structure and new government operations.
During the period the Mayor is busy putting together the plan with his
staff members and other committees that will form, and their committee
members, the Mayor will need a rescue staff of temporary workers who
can take over the job of governing the local area, and maintaining
control over the local population, and maintaining control over all of
the events and incidents that might occur, such as public unrest,
uneasyness, disatisfaction with progress and speed of the transition,
and general dissatisfaction that will arrise out of anxiety and
frustration based on uncertainty over the future, and the outcome of
every one's efforts for a better government and the first ever
legitimate united global government, set up for taking full
responsibility for managing every aspect of our lives, talents,
education, needs, and global security in history, as we know it, on
this planet.
In earlier societies, attempts were made on limited scales to set up
similar governments, such as the Athenian government of Cleopatra on
the Nile, and she and Mark Anthony worked for years trying to figure it
all out, and so for reference sake, any information on how they, and
others, the Acropolis and Parthnonian government of Ancient Greece,
also made an attempt at it, and in some of Sophocles's writings, you
will find mention of it. Babylonian society also made an attempt at it,
and so did the Nile Valley government of Cleopatra and Mark Anthony,
and so did the Hanging Gardens of Iraq society. There are many examples
of attempts to bring this type of government to life to support all the
people in the society in this same manner, and the Roman's even
attempted it, before they were struck down by the contagions that lead
to their annilation. Judas, a fellow and friend of Jesus Christ, also
had written about this type of government, in his works, and they are
all stored at the Vatican, in their libraries, and at Catholic
University, and at Bringham Young's College and University Library in
Utah, and in Hawaii. His writings are very informative, and will help
many people to understand the basic concepts involved in setting up a
government where the government is responsible for managing all aspects
of society.
If that isn't enough research material, than there are the Hanging
Garden manuscripts that are in the Dead Sea Scrolls, that are held in a
library, in Iraq, and they also go into great detail about just such a
government managing all the aspects of every day ordinary life for all
of the citizens of the area. Such studies are not uncommon in history,
and we have many examples of attempts and thoughts on the subject
including Euclid, and Euripdes(sp?), and the Parthanon Scripts, that
are on display, and partially warehoused in Jerusalem, and in Greece,
and in the Vatican. Parts and copies can also be found in Ethiopia, and
in Eritrea, and the Jewish Ethiopean sect who say they are one of the
lost tribes of Jerusalem, and Saul, or David, or somebody, also have
these texts in complete form. Copies can also be ascertained at the
Library of Congress, and in France, at the Beugois (sp?) Museum
DelaFonte Ducree (sp?). Libiya, and Mohamar Khadfy has copies of all
such studies, and so does, George Bush, Sr., George Bush, Jr., Ronald
Reagan, Liz Taylor, Harold Greenberg, Arnold Greenberg, and every major
politician in Congress, and all of the senators at Congress, as well. A
One World Universal Government is often the title you'll find it under,
or closely associated with, and you should be able to go to any
university library, and find a copy of all such related studies,
espcially the thoughts of Bringam Young, and he is in the Tubes, as
well, and his work will come in handy, as that is basically where the
Dyslexics got their notions of a one world government, from the
previous cited works, and they either studied it, or elaborated on it,
or corrupted it, for their own purposes, and so if you go back to
Euripedes, and Euclid, and Homer, Alfee, a student of Homer, and a
master of debate, and close friend of Socrates, and Socrates also
writes about this system of government, in tome after tome, and some of
his manuscripts can be found warehoused at University Libraries, and at
the Library of Congress, and in middle easter mosques, where there are
library chapels, or reading rooms, for studies for men and women who
wish to study the classics. Aristotle and Plato also wrote extensively
about this system of government, as well as many other systems, of
governments, and had a lot to say about the positivtie of this form of
government, in particular, and they suggested to the Athene's, the
ruling government party, where at it was debated, and eventually
quashed, and that led to Plato's death, as he was killed, or
assasinated by one or more of the senators of the ruling governmental
party. Aristotle was also assasinated after, Plato, for the same
reason, and by the same general group of thugs in government. Justin
Powel, who is a specialist on this subject of government, and on this
way of government, and one of the most knowledgeable persons on the
subject, who you'll find on this planet, besides Colin Powel, and
General Swartzkoff, perhaps, knows all the sources, and he is a friend
of Mayor Oscar Goodman, the mayor of Las Vegas. Of course the Clintons
and the Driscols, friends of Mayor Oscar Goodman, also know quite a bit
about this form of government, where the government is required to take
over and manage all property, services, and goods, and where there is
no allowance for the notion of private property, and where
privitization is prohibited and a capital offense, in cases of gross
abuse and neglect, or the gross and negligent over stepping of one's
authority, and the attempted hording of materials, supplies, food and
clothing, etc., for one's own profitteering and for one's own
commision, or for one's rise in power and authority which one can
influence and effect by bartering with others for a better seat in
standing with the community, and in short, the buying of your way into
politics, and to the top, for your assumed eventual take-over of
government, for changing the rules of the game of government, much like
the Marcoses did, in the Philipines.
Defendent and Afendent - Police With Full Parliamentary Adjudicating
Powers
In our new society, we will entrust the civil authority for policing
our streets and cities with full parliamentary powers to adjucate
whether a person is innocent of guilty of a crime, and based on the
decision of the interviewing police officers, and on the testimony of
the Defendent, the party who was offended against by the Afendent, the
party offending the Defendent, and on witness testimony, at the scene,
and on video and audio surveilance footage, the police can and will
decide if the Afendent is guilty or not, and if found guilty, the
Afendent, without further waste of time, energy, and expense will be
immediately incarcerated and made to serve his or her sentence, if
incarceration is part of that sentence. If not, the Afendent will be
released on probationary status, for having afended, or for having
commited a punishable crime, and the individual will serve out his term
of probationary duty and as well, all the other stipulations of the
sentence, such as humiliation torture punishment, on public TV, will be
fulfilled, and if the Afendent fails to show up to serve out his
sentence, as required, then his probationary status will be revoked,
and he or she will be required to serve his or her time in a jail cell
or prison cell, and then he or she will be required to submit to
humiliation torture punishment and humiliation torture therapy
treatment as required by the non-compense laws that will stipulate the
type of humiliation torture treatment the individual will submit to,
and he or she will provide the proof of his or her submission to it on
live Public TV, with guests, and friends of the Afendent, as well as
guests and friends of the Defendent, and the Defendent as well, and any
one else who wishes to take part in the viewing of the punishment of
the Afendent, live and in color.
The police will have full discretionary powers and authority to lock
afendents up without trial, and without an afendant's attempt at
illegal recompense or claim to a trial lawyer on the part of the
Afendent, and with that, the crime will be logged, and the case will be
closed, and all that will be left will be for the Afendent to serve out
his or her term of punishment with all the stipulations fulfilled
before he or she will be eligible for release. This will cut down
considerably on the bureaucratic tape and rigamarole of the court
justice, or non-justice system, as we should more properly call it, and
this will be how we will handle all criminal behavior, from disturbing
neighbors, to beating and battering, or even intimidating citizens,
young and old, and any where in between, for any reason whatsoever.
We will be putting lots of people in jail, at first, as this and our
society is completely out of control, and people are just incredibly
rude and outrageous in their ways of behavior towards each other, and
so many men will find them selves in jails and prisons, and many women
will, as well. Night time brawling will become a thing of the past, and
families and lovers will finally be able to walk alone at night without
fear or worry of being abducted or kidnapped, and then tortured and
killed, once we get all of the hard core criminals eliminated from our
society, and then given a one way pass to the Epcot Center, so if you
see any such people, just give them three to five .22 calibur slugs in
the back of the head, as I explained, before, and use a silencer at
night, and in area where you will likely be caught wasting these
criminals and sending them on to my Epcot Center for training and
rehabilitation, and if you see Bill Clinton, or Chelsea, or Hillary, or
Oprah, or Javier Duvalier, a friend of Geraldo, or Geraldo, or his
faggotty brother, Craig, or his sister, Angelina, or Carlos, another of
his brother, who is also a faggoty clown, and we'll just wipe out the
whole Geraldo family and clan, and send them all to my Epcot Center,
along with Janet Reno, and Mike Tyson, and Bill Savier, a friend of
Janet Reno, who likes to suck on Janet's dick, as she is actually a he,
and Bill is actually Janet's former wife from another lifetime, and
they are back together, pretty much doing the same things they used to
do, except their bodies are now reversed, and Janet is in the body of
woman, and Bill Savier is in the body of a man, though he is originally
a female, just as Bill Clinton, Mark Duval, friend of Jimmy Carter,
Jimmy Carter, himself, Geraldo, Craig, and of course, the Bush Twins,
G. Bush, Jr. and G. Bush, Sr.
Well, that's just a little more for helping us along in our
understanding of how we will be setting up our new government, and
there is plenty of reading material available on the subject, so just
get to your local University Library, and begin reading, or at your
local library, you can perhaps request an inter library loan, or you
can perhaps have a friend of your's send you photo copies of the pages
which you would like to read from a book(s) or tome(s), a long
discourse on the subject. With that, you can begin to better understand
how we will be setting up our government, and there are many diagrams
for assisting your understaning that can also be found along with the
works from the Brigham Young University libraries, and their many
affiliated schools and campuses, and even in Nevada, the main campus on
Maryland Parkway has all his writings, and all of the extra assorted
helpful literature and diagrams to help further explain how the system
of government works, and even in some prisons, the works are avaiable,
so people can get to reading them, on their own, and they won't have to
wait around for me to explain things, little by little as my memories
come back to me. This will help speed up the process, quite a bit, and
you'll be happy you invested the time, as this will cut down on the
dissatisfaction index, for when we are waiting for the transition to
the new government to take place. You'll be glad you prepared your self
in advance, and your knowledge will help others to understand and then
settle back and relax as we all wait for the change in government to
take place, after the capitualtion agreements are signed by the heads
of state, and all other official representatives, for all of the
Dylexic sham, pretend, farsical governments around the world, wreaking
mayhem and havoc, at present. You'll be glad you prepared in advance,
and when you go out for some sniper firing practice, you'll be more
confident in what you are doing, as we all head towards our new global
governmemt, together, minus the Dyslexics we can get rid of, between
now and then, and minus the repeat offenders, and felons, who we don't
want around, when we start things up with the new government. There
will be many people looking for a way to make an easy buck, and exploit
the system in any way possible, so we might as well get rid of the
worst of these people, and we all know who they are, generally, the
Mafia, and organizations like them, criminal organizations around the
globe, and all of the other criminal organizations such as the police
departments the Dyslexic governments of the world have supporting them,
and the national guard units, that are nearly all dyslexic, and many
other organizations around the world that are criminal in nature, such
as the FBI, and the CIA, and NIC, and if it has a name that is part of
an alphabet soup organization of government, FDA, DEA, that has any
powers invested in it by the dyslexic governemnts of the world for
carrying weapons, and using them against the citizenry, than you can
bet they are comprised nearly 100% by criminals, and we need to waste
them all, as soon as possible. Target practice for the young ones in
the family should get started at as early an age as possible, and
training in quiet and secret without rabbeling on about it, that is,
making noises that would let every one and his brother and sister know
that you are perparing for a war with the Dyslexic governments of the
world, is recommended. We need to be patient and cautious, as we move
ahead, and as all the loose ends are tied up, and tnen taken care of,
and as the major militias around the world unglue the molecular bits
and pieces of the armories and battle stations of the dyslexics and
their police bunkers around the world, with my Hydral, Hedral, and
Hydrant bomb formulas, as they blast them apart, and then send all of
the personelle on their way into my Epcot Center, and other facilities,
for training, and then placement somewhere else, until we can get to
them, and take care of them, one or more at a time, in our new and soon
to be improved, once I get my religion up and running, justice system.
My molecular kids and all of their friends will put together many of
the facilities that we will house the dyslexics in, while they are
living on our planets, in our universe, and that my molecular crew kids
and my other kids who work along with them, are all gearing up, and are
already busy installing the first facilities we'll be using in our
Gurkian Reglious Revolution and Secular, Vernacular, and Agrarian
Revolutions, on certain planets, already, and we will get to this
planet, after the dyslexic governments capitulate. Until then, I'll be
doing my prayer ceremonies daily, and my molecular kids and all of the
guys and girls who work with them, to build stuff, and to remove stuff,
etc., will be busy, doing all kinds of work for me, so that my Reglious
Revolution, etc., succeeds. This has been in the planning for a long
time, and now the structures and buildings which we will need, will be
going up, first, and the other infrastructural support systems will
also be going in, as this is my children's promise to me, that my other
children testified to, way back when, before we all got started. It's
now time for all that to begin to take shape across our universe, so we
will watch, and wait, and pray, and develope our activities in the
Vernacular Clubs and in the Religio Clubs, along with and just like my
many groups of children, and my delinquent, adult children who don't
like me to call them my children, the science club fanatics.
Nevertheless, let's all get reading on and about all of this, and let's
all get prepared for the inevitable outcome of my Gurkian Age Religious
Revolutionary Movement.
