Sad Francis Family News

Just a quick note to let you all know (and I've posted this on Facebook as
well) that Garry's dad passed away just over a week ago. We've been
spending most of our time in Devon helping out his mum and sister, and will
be going back down again later this week for the funeral. I know he's not
been in touch (teaching takes up most of his time, even time with me, let
alone posting to newsgroups), but I thought I'd let y'all know. He was a
great guy and I was glad to have him as my father-in-law, and he went away
far too soon. I don't care what you-know-who and his big sister have to say
on the subject...this is real life and 67 was too young as far as we're all
concerned.
If any of you who know/knew/remember him want to send a note or something,
it's entirely up to you. I've taken it upon myself to let y'all know. His
