I tried to post this a long time ago. It seems that now that the free
news servers are gone, maybe some of you will be able to see it this
time.

Hmmm, seems your ISP isn't allowing you attach binaries
to a non-binary group- see the file description? See the "(0/1)"?
That means it stripped the file, otherwise it would read "(1/1)".
[part one of a total of one part]

If we don't go too crazy, and keep our file sizes real small,
we should be able to fly under the radar for awhile. Years ago
we posted lots of binaries, but then most folks were using their
ISP's news servers. Then most ISPs realized the cost, and fixed
their servers.
Near as I can see, very few ISPs even carry the binary groups
now. That's why I have to pay- Direcway only carries text groups.
