CBS'S "LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN" TO FEATURE "IMPRESSIONIST WEEK
2," APRIL 30 THROUGH MAY 4
Following the Success of the Show's First "Impressionist Week" Last
Fall,
the CBS Late Night Broadcast Will Once Again Showcase Some of the
Best Impressionists in Entertainment, Including John Byner and Joe
Piscopo
Following its successful first "Impressionist Week" last fall, the
LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN will once again showcase some of the
best impressionists in entertainment when it presents "Impressionist
Week 2," Monday, April 30-Friday, May 4 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on
the CBS Television Network.
On Monday, April 30, Rob Magnotti kicks off "Impressionist Week 2,"
while legend John Byner performs on Tuesday, May 1; on Wednesday, May
2, Mike MacRae visits; comedy star Joe Piscopo displays his talents on
Thursday, May 3; and Reggie Reg rounds out the week when he appears on
Friday, May 4.
The LATE SHOW presented the popular first "Impressionist Week" Nov.
13-17, 2006, featuring Rich Little, Fred Travelena, Gordie Brown,
Frank Caliendo and Kevin Pollak. TV Guide honored the inaugural
"Impressionist Week" with a "Cheers," saying that "with inspired
stunts like this one, Dave remains, in a word, inimitable."
The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants
Incorporated. Barbara Gaines, Maria Pope, Jude Brennan and Rob Burnett
are the executive producers.
