Fun with closed captions, Thursday November 19th

Right at the opening....

Dave wishes the studio audience "Bon soir!"...

Caption people get this one right....

Then he adds "Buona sera!"...

Caption reads "What a Santa!"...

A bit later he says that high school vampires are "snotty", which the caption
renders -- twice! -- as "noty"....

And it just goes downhill from there...by the end of the show, it's like the
captions are from a completely different show...about the only time it picked up
was when Lyle the intern was on, which suggests to me that his every quip and
comeback is carefully scripted in advance....r
