Found a different vid but still no Pelican. Pelicans are big birds,
the smallest has a 6' wingspan the largest over 11'. So we are
talking about somthing around half the size of the car, even a grotty
YouTube vid would show that...

Pheasants, with less than a 3' wingspan, are bad enough flying across
your path let alone something more than twice as big.
