I'm not that interested.

Thanks.
He's funny.
Isn't he a little too liberal for your taste?
~~~
In many ways I am a classic liberal, that is grant liberty and freedom all
around, minimize meddling of government into the affairs of the citizenry.
I like Bill Hicks take on southerners and being from Texas himself; he would
know. I really like is his analogy of christians wearing crosses; would be
like JFK supporters wearing rifles to honor him, that is awesome.
There is a clip of him re-doing a scene from the movie Shane that is also
hilarious.
Isn't Chomsky more of a Progessive, Communist or Socialist?
~~~
He described himself as "Chomsky with dick jokes."

Wait a minute there, sticky fingers. "Grant liberty and freedom all
around, minimize meddling of government into the affairs of the
citizenry"? That's a classical conservative.
Bill Hicks is a potty mouth. However we did recently lose Soupy Sales,
one of the funniest guys ever and he didn't do toilet jokes. Unlike
most comics he was genuinely light at heart.
Saw this incident described here in '65, bugged my eyes out, launched me
off the couch on New Years Day. "Did he say what I think he said?"
He's a lefty USA hater.
You should see this one.
Sasha Kohen is great at exposing people who take themselves to
seriously and need to find a microphone or a cameral to show the world
how "special" they are.

"Prior to the 20th century, classical liberalism was the dominant political
philosophy in the United States. It was the political philosophy of Thomas
Jefferson and the signers of the Declaration of Independence and it
permeates the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Federalist
Papers and many other documents produced by the people who created the
American system of government. Many of the emancipationists who opposed
slavery were essentially classical liberals, as were the suffragettes, who
fought for equal rights for women."

This is the problem with labels and pigeon hole classifications.
I have heard Walter Williams refer to himself as a Classic Liberal. Most on
the left would probably label him right wing.
The left-right axis doesn't really give enough depth. We need Technicolor
holographic depth not black and white 2D, stick figures, to reach true
understanding. Labeling someone on a back water newsgroup, is easy, it does
really fit the reality of what is so; regarding their depth as an
individual.

Freedom of expression is very important. The arrangement of the letters F U
C K is simply an arrangement of letters. Any suppression of language or
expression is a stone in the road to tyranny.

Thanks for the link. You are right Soupy was great. (genuinely light at
heart)
The light and the dark; the yin and the yang, need to be expressed for
harmony and balance.
LOL!!!
Wayne,
Isn't this similiar to the pot calling the kettle black?
I believe you used the term "FUCKING CUNT" several times this
week. ;-)
