...Of the top-down, trickle-down, and dumbed-down versions of the ultra-right "way it ought to be." How about pyramid-schemes-for-dummies? Too bad (ptewy) these monsters can't attract (or buy) enough votes to put their theories into practice. And those with the impulse to actually help anyone else who is struggling is probably as contemptible, in their eyes, as the "parasites" themselves. Too bad they can't just buy a state and all move there -- but then they need housekeepers and gardeners and people to fix the Rolls Royce who might cause trouble unless they can be contained by some idiotic religion, for instance.

Hindus believe it is wrong to give succor to the suffering as they are working off bad karma they earned in another life and to deprive them of this necessity is to deprive them of the chance for a better life next time. Which is more cruel, I wonder...
