Wiki-inaccuracies would seem to suggest. Like so many hippyish
notions,
Jimmy Wales’s idea of a free encyclopedia for everyone was a noble
intention
which has been cruelly and horribly abused by some very ugly people.

Jct: My blog post "Censors exposed at Wikipedia corrupted mine too"
from
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/turmel/message/3616 makes the
point that things would not have gotten so bad if Jimmy Wales had not
permitted unidentified edits. I sign my edits when I correct errors on
my
record and it's upsetting to then have someone erase the truth and
return the article to ambiguity.

So Wikipedia may be an easily-corrupted resource site now but it
doesn't have to stay that way. As Harry Truman once noted: an error
doesn't have to become a mistake unless you refuse to correct it.

I was the guy who threw my feces at you John, when you intruded into my riding
and made a fool out of yourself.

You're not even a very good gambler, and hardly an engineer.

What the fuck? How do you feed yourself?

Jct: So having people lie about isn't a problem that needs correcting
because, if one doesn't have anything to hide, what? People are going
to sense the truth?
Actually, this sounds like gibberish to maybe you meant to say
something else.

Jct: And you're a back-shooter who can't even sign your name.
As if you had the balls to face me in debate. Har har har har.
