Jct: Since getting into the video side of debate, I've spent a
lot of time commenting on issues which I used to relate to my
written blogs at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/turmel and
USENET newsgroup alt.fan.john-turmel

But I never had time for short interesting articles and arguments
that were worth a few yuks.

I've now linked up my online accounts so that when I do
something, you can find it reflected at my Facebook page.

So let's say that my http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/turmel
written blog will still be reserved for major documentation or
longer critiques while http://Facebook.com/john.turmel will be
where you'll find any one-liners or good brain beatings with
links to the incurring articles!

For instance, when you get to a Youtube video that I commented
on, it's best to click on "all comments" and then search for
kingofthepaupers though kingo is a string that will be detected
too. If Facebook says I made two comments, you'll be able to find
two there.

But starting soon, I'll be doing my responses on video and those
video responses will be available either at my
youtube.com/kingofthepaupers channel or my
Facebook.com/john.turmel channel.

For a while, when I make a comment on a video, I'll make it a
favorite too so it will be added to my favorites list at youtube.

Last year, I did 199 of the kingofthepaupers kotp series of
videos listed at http://johnturmel.com/kotp.htm
That's where you can find the main list of topics in reverse
chronological order (newest first) and links to specific topics
in chronological order (newest last).

I took a few months off and when I come back, I just won't be
able to take the time to add my short barbs and zingers to my
written blog. So they're going to be listed at Facebook. So, the
only place you'll be able to find the latest one-liners and
killer put-downs is at Facebook which will detail every video
response that I'm going to be making from now on.

And I'm going to be making a video response to everyone who makes
a video at Davos this year!! And beat up their brains in public
if they don't catch on fast. See my put-down of Lord Rothschild
for arguing that the poor should tighten their belts. From a guy
who has their foreclosed stuff in his possession.

And of course, no one's doing much arguing about abolishing
interest so most of my written correspondence is taking place at
the http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MedPot-discuss on
matters related to abolishing prohibitions on marijuana, usury,
and other matters related to the war on our liberties.

There are several big issues I have to get ready to tape:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/turmel/message/3602
Ken Surgent marijuana charges withdrawn precedent in Windsor
needs to be told! In October 2009, Ken Surgent of Windsor was
facing a marihuana possession charge in Windsor and filed motions
to prohibit and to quash the charge on the POLCOA card and the
Crown withdrew the charges and unlike Derek Francisco who got all
his stuff and his marijuana back having obtained a Health Canada
Exemption, Ken Surgent the charge withdrawn and all his stuff
minus the marijuana back, because he wasn't even sick.
POLCOA: Parliament Only Legislates, Courts Only Abrogate."

There's a crime being perpetrated against Canadians who use herb
and the latest withdrawal means the upper management know it. And
it's worse. Or better, depending on the view:

Crown Sean Gaudet admitted they fear the J.P. decision in which
it was well explained by Provincial Court Justice Phillips and
Superior Court Justice Rogin said they were following
Parliament's Interpretation Act to treat struck-down laws as
repealed. Then the Ontario Court of Appeal Justices Doherty
Goudge and Simmons over-ruled them following the Interpretation
Act and ordered that struck down laws were no longer to be deemed
repealed pursuant to the Interpretation Act but only "absent" for
the past 2 years until the courts fixed them. And they had just
fixed the law and so they said the law was now brought back to
life in 2003!

So on the very day Canadians found out that the law had been dead
for the past two years, they also found out the J.P. Court said
they were fixing that struck-down law and bringing the
prohibition back to life. Seamless. Beautifully engineered by
Alan Young, Paul Burstein and Justices Doherty, Goudge and
Simmons. And Canadians are still being busted because all
Canadian judges have so far made the wrong choice of obeying the
Order of the Ontario judges and disobeying the Interpretation Act
Law of Parliament!!

Some Crown Attorneys have been smart enough to withdraw from a
fight know they may or can not win. Sure we can brag that the law
must be dead but a withdrawal is the Crown saying nothing and no
judge saying anything yet. So the busts keep going on while the
media don't tell people. Fancy the Windsor Star didn't sniff out
the Surgent Precedent. Nose for news have the flu?

But at least we object to the judges no longer following the
Interpretation Act so they have no alibi! They obeyed superiors
who told them to ignore the law of the land and treat struck-down
laws as only absent until they fixed it instead of repealed, as
mandated in the Interpretation Act S.2.2.

Think about that! All those judges who say they are just
following the order of the Ontario Court of Appeal that says to
keep persecuting knowing that they are disobeying the law of the
Parliament of Canada to treat struck down laws as repealed. They
can't use the "Just following orders" Nazi Nuremberg defence
because they aren't going to charged with following the Orders of
the higher court, judges are going to be charged with not
following laws of Parliament!

Imagine if Ken Surgent had ended up in front of Rogin for
Prohibition or Justice Phillips for trial and argued that
Phillips and Rogin were right in obeying the Interpretation Act.
Are they now going to disobey Parliament and obey their erroneous
bosses and reverse their own original stated beliefs? Probably
not. I'd loved to see POLCOA find its way before one of them.
Maybe Ken Surgent can repay any help I've given him by standing
outside the court-house with some blank forms until he finds
someone appearing before either Justice Phillips or Rogin and ask
them to raise POLCOA! Wow, talk about a one-two punch out of
Windsor that would stagger he Prohibitionists and maybe win the
war.

Incredible times. Withering resistance to abolishing prohibition
in the US, truth coming out about its medical benefits, and we
get to be in on the kill of this evil law in a court of law.
Quite a rush.

So the Nuremberg defence can't work when following orders to
disobey Parliament! A judge's choice is to obey the
Interpretation Act or obey the order of the court.

We urge: Obey Parliament, disobey the Court.
We know their alternative is: Obey the Court, disobey Parliament.

Obey the Court and disobey Parliament? Easy to get away with in
olden times since no one ever found out when a judge ignored the
law.

These days, Obey Parliament and disobey the Court may be the easy
way out since everybody can find out when a judge ignored the
law.

POLCOA gives a judge a choice to obey Parliament or the Court.
I've always said that once POLCOA was put to them, it was their
judgment day. Cowards or crooks, no way out.

But the only way to keep track is going to be my Face book wall.

So for those interested in a lot of funny har har hars and nyuk
nyuk nyuks like in my written reports, you'll just have to watch
what I post on my wall.

I actually turned Facebook on long ago and there are quips going
back a long way. But I've been forced by technology to keep my
blog of video responses as well as written ones at the easiest
place: Facebook.

Again, transcripts, stuff like that, still goes to my written
blogs and the alt.fan.john-turmel USENET newsgroup which goes
back even farther than my yahoogroups.com/group/turmel does.

Hope you can keep up with me since there's so much good news out
there even if the powers that be seem to be steering us to
destruction that I want to report on. See how quickly the powers-
that-be have been exposed in the ClimateGate scandal where they
had everyone going backwards for trillions and imagine how
quickly the powers-that-be can be exposed in the InflationGate
scandal where they have everyone going backwards for the far more
interest on global debt.

And if you can imagine the glee which man-made global warming
deniers like Prof. Patrick Michaels enjoy in seeing the truth
about the world being 100% wrong on climate change and them being
right, imagine the glee with which an Inflation Shift A denier
like me will enjoy in seeing the truth about the world being 100%
wrong on Inflation being Shift A: more money chasing the same
goods when it's really Shift B.

Finding out that we don't have to blow our bankroll on trying to
cope with man-made climate change when it's not man-made and
actually getting cooler is the greatest thing that could have
cheered me up as I enter the next phase of my Abolish Interest
Rates, Abolish prohibitions on human wants campaigns. With the
climate not threatening humanity, the only thing threatening
humanity that need to be tackled is the usury loanshark industry.

Gee, we've got enough money to run our own chips ourselves and
charge ourselves no interest and save ourselves any interest.
