Hi everyone. This is my first post in this newsgroup, but it has come
to my attention that the internet has forgotten about John Denver.
Johndenver.com has not been updated in years. The domain for
Naturemusic.com, which was an official JD site that sold CDs and
films, has expired. Johndenver.net, where I used to post at the
message board, is on hiatus. This group itself hasn't had very many
recent posts.

What does this mean? Where has the online John Denver community gone?

There is still much going on about John - but the venue has changed.

Look to yahoo groups - John Denver Forever and Forever John Denver to
start, and check out www.john-denver.org, Many of the John Denver
fans are connecting by facebook too.

Hi Peggy and Dan -

Since FaceBook is the wave of the present - I just joined the two
biggest groups over there related to JD. Hope to find many of the
friends who used to populate this site ten years ago -

Cheers,

Jim
