Hey "Frank" ... whose name doesn't check out and whose email address
doesn't check out either. Have you figured out what the secret
password for Florida is yet?

Chump.

And how is that phone sex gig of yours going? Helping to pay those
bills? ROFL!

Anderson, I swear, you are one pathetic piece of stalking, trolling
shit.

When you have something productive to offer, let us know. In the
meantime you are just a foolish old woman who cannot get over being
rejected.

<< OOOOOooooohhhhh... You're trying to find out who I am... You

LOL! What an idiot you are.

"Frank" is an old woman named Karen Anderson who lives in a small
apartment at 3590 Narrows View Lane,Bremerton, WA. She got a crush on
me several years ago and I didn't have the heart at the time to just
tell her to take a flying leap.

Well, Old Anderson, all 5' and 350 lbs of her, doesn't take rejection
well. Not well at all. It turns out that she has been in a mental
hospital and she has stalked maybe a dozen guys over the last decade.
The cops in Bremerton are getting to know her fairly well at this point
in the game.

Old Anderson pretends to be just a zillion different personalities
online. "Frank" and "Jose" are just two of them.

I recently discovered that "Frank" here (or maybe I should say Jose) is
using about two dozen email addresses pretending to be teenaged girls
in order to generate calls for a phone sex operation. He, she, or it
is working for a Virginia company appropriately named Rosie Palm
Island. So unless "Frank" puts his nuts into a vice when he answers
the phone and pretends to be Angel, the teenaged Hispanic chick, or
"he" lost his genitalia in The War, I rather doubt that some old man
can pitch his voice to sound like a young girl.

Tell you what "Frank." Prove that I'm wrong. You are so rough and
tough <snicker, snicker>. Provide your street address. After all, you
were "brave" enough to finally provide a (fake) name, even if it is the
second or third name that you have used, right?

And I'll give you a little hint. If you actually have some schmuck
named Albritton scoped out as a patsy, I certainly will contact him or
her. If you are harrassing some poor soul my suspicions are that the
St. Pete police may want to call that identity theft and might want to
have a little chat with you.

So bottom line is that you won't provide an address because, duh ...
you are a liar.

Anderson, I am certainly not afraid of you. I was initially reluctant
to write that I'd kick your ass if you were ever stupid enough to show
up in Florida again, but it's obvious that you don't have the physical
or financial means to travel any more. When the cops found you hiding
in your apartment last year and you were pretending that you were on
the way to New Orleans to stalk another guy, that pretty well told the
story that you were nothing but hot air.

And you sure as hell aren't some dried up old Viet Nam vet. Too many
wrong answers, and too many bullshit stories that you tell that you
then forget. You need to keep better notes.

The laws have changed in Florida, and today a stalker that shows up to
hassle someone is taking their life and health in their own hands.
That should be a hint to you sad sacks of shit that spend all of your
time trolling.

Let's go ahead and crosspost this to a few newsgroups where there are
still people that just hate you, Anderson. They need to be warned that
you are still around

All PirataJuan does is call you a "racist". That's his way of
"debating". As if calling someone a "racist" is 100X .
The "raxcist" riposte is part of the larger liberal tactic of refusing
to engage in ideas. Sometimes they evaporate in the middle of an
argument and you're left standing alone, arguing with yourself. More
often, liberals withdraw figuratively by responding with ludicrous and
irrelevant personal attacks. Especially popular are non-sequitors that
are also savagely cruel. A vicious personal smear, they believe,
constitutes a clever counterargument. Your refusal to submit to
name-calling means you were overwhelmed by the force of their argument
that you are a "racist."

CS is specifically a choking agent form of tear gas; highly potent,

Russian made. When triggered it throws a grenade up into the air
where it detonates, by design at crotch level.

You two have a great time. If you haven't been to DC to see the
Vietnam War Memorial, try to schedule a visit up here to see it. The
experience is moving beyond words.

Thanks to you both for your service.

Sarah, I've been watching for you. My wife and I are planning to get
our first gun(s) for household/personal protection. She wants to get
a SM Lady Smith 3913. Any opinions on this gun?

Hi Jack,

Has your wife ever shot or handled a Lady Smith? I handled one and
knew immediately it didn't fit my hand and grip well. My first
handgun was a S&W 640 revolver in SS with shrouded hammer. I sent it
to Magna Port to have the trigger tuned, and the barrel ported. I
like this gun a lot because it's an aim and shoot weapon. No need to
mess with a safety when you're in a panic. The only disadvantage if
you could call it that is it has 5 rounds. I shoot +p 38 cal loads
with no problem. The 640 is a .357 cal gun but the recoil on a .357
slug is very nasty in a small frame revolver.

http://makeashorterlink.com/?O19621E9C

My personal favorite for a handgun is my HK 40 cal compact. I've
liked every HK I've ever shot, including the full size USP .45. I
have a smallish hand, size 6 in gloves, and can shoot both the .45 and
.40 compact with ease. I decided on the compact because it's more
concealable than the USP .45, but it still shoots 10 rounds. You are
now supposed to be able to buy 13 round mag for the .40 compact, or so
every gun dealer claims, but no one ever has them in stock. But
that's another story. The recoil on both HK's are about equal - the
smaller caliber 40 recoil is off set by the recoil of the .45 in a
larger frame.

Don't know if that's been helpful, Jack. The best thing is for you
both to go and try out the gun(s) at a gun dealer. Your wife may find
the Lady Smith to be too small or like many women she may love it.

Then get on a range and practice, practice, practice.

Remember gun safety.

But.....the real answer to your question is : Best gun for home
protection is a shotgun. Rack in a slug and most criminals will head
for the door. And if you're forced to use it, you won't miss at
close ranges in a home invasion.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards, Sarah

Oops. That should be 12 round mags for the .40 Compact. I think the
13 rounders are for the 9mm which I'm also looking to buy as my next
gun. Haven't decided on an HK 9 mm or a Baretta 92F. I'm going to
try both when the weather warms up a bit more. :)

How can Viral ("aseptic") meningitis be prevented?

Pay careful attention to personal hygiene -- Handwashing helps prevent
infection with many of the viruses that can cause viral meningitis.
Wash hands with soap and warm water after using the toilet, after
changing diapers

Adhering to good personal hygiene can help to reduce your chances of
becoming infected. If you are in contact with someone who has viral
meningitis, the most effective method of prevention is to wash your
hands thoroughly and often (see “Handwashing” in: “An Ounce of
Prevention: Keeps the Germs Away” at
http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/op/handwashing.htm). Also, cleaning
contaminated surfaces and soiled articles first with soap and water,
and then disinfecting them with a dilute solution of
chlorine-containing bleach (made by mixing approximately ¼ cup of
bleach with 1 gallon of water) can be a very effective way to
inactivate the virus. (See more about cleaning and disinfecting in
general at http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/op/cleaning.htm).

Harry,

I've never liked a Glock especially for a novice. IMO the trigger is
too sensitive and it's too easy to shoot someone else or yourself as
several Police officers did back in the 90's. I've never had a Glock
because of the tricky trigger. But as we both know you have to be
comfortable with the gun you have and Jack and his wife might love the
feel of a Glock. :)

Btw, I'm living down in MD now, Mechanicsville. Quite a difference
from Rhode Island, in many respects. :)

Recoil is what we are considering as a negative. Possibly this gun
will only have to be fired once for the purpose we have. When word
gets around about her new purchase, he might have enough sanity left
to control himself. Can't count on that, tho. Cops can't do anything
till he's "committed a crime". We aren't going to wait for that. The
gun will be ready for him if he makes the wrong choice. I think we
are still entitled to defend ourselves and our lives, aren't we?

Seems a shame to have to do all this practicing for the sake of some
threatening POS that nature should just take out because he doesn't
deserve to live. Unfortunately, life doesn't work that way and as we
get older, there are more predators out there all the time who see the
elderly, women and children as easy prey. So maybe it's just time for
us to get a gun and some confidence in using it if necessary.

You know, that was my first choice because of something I'd read from
you or somebody. It's a great weapon to have by the door in the home.

That was my thought. Not a lot of aiming involved. Just fire and
he's bound to get hit enough to get his attention. Buck shot? Bird
shot?

Thanks. I can't figure out why a tiny little woman like you would be
a gun expert, but you appear to be from the way you throw around

If recoil is what you're worried about you need a heavier gun than a
Ladies Smith. It goes without saying the lighter the gun the heavier
the recoil, and your wife needs to practice with any gun in order to
become efficient enough to aim and fire it accurately enough.

Doing one's homework is always the best option but don't necessarily
get your hearts set on any one gun. When I bought my S&W 640 I had
every intention of buying the Lady Smith. Found a dealer who was
honest with me and what I was looking for and I chose the 640 instead.

Hey if nothing else look at it as a learning experience. Knowing
how to shoot and doing it well is a skill. It doesn't mean you're a
crazed maniac. And if you ever need to use a weapon to defend
yourself you aren't going to be a victim.

Well, you're right to do what you can to protect yourself and your

protect you in time.

Ok, I had to ask Ken about this as shotguns aren't my forte.

He says and this is a quote: " You need to use #4 shot in home
defense. Buck shot is too powerful and will punch through your wall
as well as the criminal. Plus the recoil is " horrendous" and I doubt
that his wife could handle it. The recoil on a 12 gauge with 00 buck
shot is severe. Bird shot is not powerful enough and may not do the
job.

It's fine to ask Jack. My husband is former military [ US Navy ] and
a former Federal Marshal. While I have never had to show or shoot in
anger, he has while in the Marshal Service. He's taught me a lot
about firearms over the years and target shooting is something we
enjoy doing together. While I enjoy shooting handguns my real
interest lies in long range rifles. Someday I'd like to get a nice
bolt action sniper rifle. :)

Neither of us novices is interested in a "tricky trigger". No need
for any kind of "hair trigger" reaction with this particular person.
This gun isn't going to be used a lot and the "feel" of it isn't as
important as it not being overly sensitive or having a huge recoil. I
did like the appearance of your S&W 640 revolver. Looks like it would
really fit a hand.

The 640 is an excellent revolver. It's always fit my hand perfectly.
As far as recoil is concerned the HK 40 has less recoil [ to my
feeling at least] and is less noisy than the 640.

He's in another state. We wouldn't even try to go that route in his
case. When he shows up at our home, no restraining order will be
effective.

Ok. I didn't think the LS had a lot of recoil. A lot to learn and
remember. Yes, reluctantly, we are both going to have to practice a
lot to build some skill and confidence.

Hopefully, the gun dealer we see will have information about them. I
don't care to talk to the cops as they never want people to "take the
law into their own hands". If need be, it will be shoot first and
answer questions later.

Haven't. That's why the original question to you about the Lady

Don't know what you were looking for, but we will certainly keep the

Exactly how I see this. Maybe it's time for us to look into having a
gun and being able to use it reasonably well. Hopefully, we never
will have to actually use it, but better to be somewhat prepared than
just sitting ducks living in fear. This person might actually be a
wake-up call for us.

I do understand that they can't act much on "threats". And it's hard
to sort out who is telling the truth to begin with. But when someone
physically acts out, then they can actually do something. And they
are very busy and there are priorities. I'm looking at this as a kind
of "crime prevention". We hope to somehow prevent him from committing
the crime of hurting my wife. I would rather neither of us not have
to actually shoot the gun But if it comes to her or him, he's gonna
get some body part hurt bad. Guess he'll find out which one it is if
he doesn't change his ways. Oh, and he has at least one gun that he
carries with him. I think we should at least level the playing field.

But, you've touched upon my joy - sniper rifles. I was a sniper during my

type of scope that I used back then - a 3X9 Redfield - Made in USA! Of course
it's not the best scope made nowadays but nostalgia caused me to buy it. I use
it on a WWII military rifle. There are some nice military bolt actions that can
be picked up at reasonable prices. As you know, you'll want one in the 30 cal.
range if you want the round to have a decent punch at a half mile or so.
Sniping is like bicycle riding; once you learn - you never forget. I know
folks scoff at bolt actions these days but one shot does the job. Why waste
additional ammo shooting a corpse?

Hi Frank,

I'm going to a gun show next weekend. I know a 30 cal would be
better for the long distances you were used to dealing with but I'd
like to stick with a .223 if possible. Using a .30 is going to chew
up my shoulder pretty quickly so I'll have to go for shorter
distances. Can you recommend anything in a .223? How about a
Remington?

December 9, 2005 (CNN) While interviewing an anonymous

the soldier what he felt when sniping members of Al Quaeda

The soldier shrugged and replied, "Recoil." (Possible Urban Legend)

Remington 700. Just don't go for the LTR version though. Remember, the M-16
and the many military and civilian variants have a buffer in the stock which
reduces the recoil. Plus the semi-auto or auto action reduces even more recoil.
If you haven't shot the bolt action, then you should try it before you buy it,
because it will have more shoulder punch, however you can pad your shoulder.
Even though the .223 is extremely accurate, wind will cause it to drift
considerably over long distances. (don't shoot on a windy day)
I was able to consistently hit targets at 500 meters (albeit large targets) with
iron sights with the M-16. With a scope and a calm day there's no telling what
you could do, however the .223 over 300 yards is not an effective killing
weapon.
Buy a good scope and make sure it is mounted rock solid. Get good match grade
ammo.
Something you may not have thought of is the .17 caliber. I saw a guy shoot 3
shots at 100 yards and he covered the 3 holes with a cigarette butt!

I'm interested in buying my first handgun (I have a closet full
of shotguns), and what I want is a Ruger New Model Single Six
Hunter, model KNR7H, in stainless.

I want a new in the box pistola.

Problem is, I live in Maryland, and we have a state law that
makes legal purchase of this revolver a no-no, unless you
purchase one that was manufactured several years ago. Revolvers
manufacturer in, I believe, the last two years have to have an
integral lock on them. Ruger has not seen fit to re-engineer this
model to accommodate Maryalnd.

But it is legal, I understand, to buy a brand-new revolver if it
was manufactured prior to the "no lock, no sale" ban. What I
would have to do is find a a dealer either in Maryland or out of
state and arrange a legal sale. The out of state transaction
would be handled through a local holder of an FFL, I suppose.

Question is, how would I find out who has the model revolver I want?

Is there any sort of dealer cooperative where inventory lists are
available for perusal?

Thanks

Angry about one event, or a recurring event. If the former, he'll burn
out. One can't stay that angry forever.

You don't have to wait. Get a restraining order. If he comes within
so many yards of you, boom, he's committed a crime. A few days in a
cell might calm him a bit. If he's an old boyfriend or husband, they
might even work it into some kind of DV charge, and make him get
therapy.

Btw, you really shouldn't make those sorts of statements. You sound
like you are waiting for an excuse to kill him. That wouldn't go well
in court.

> gun will be ready for him if he makes the wrong choice. I think we
> are still entitled to defend ourselves and our lives, aren't we?

Know the laws of your state very well before you use a gun. Making the
wrong assumption can hurt you.

Consider also that you don't have a gun, which means you probably
haven't been trained to use one. By training, I mean the serious
training you would get if you applied for a concealed-carry permit. If
you get this, you'll also learn the gun laws of your state.

I assume your state has concealed carry. If it doesn't, and you'll
just keep this at home, a shotgun is good.

For pistols, I like a 10 mm, because it has more stopping power than
the 9 mm, and it can hold more ammo than a 0.45. I like the double
actions, because you only get that long hard pull on the first shot,
and then the next shots are easier and more accurate. I'm not a big
Glock fan.

Consider a revolver also - less maintenance.

Before you get a gun, talk to a lawyer or a PI, and see if there's some
alternative to dealing with this man.

As detailed at http://www.buccaneerpublishing.com/Cmelak.htm William
"Fat Bill" Cmelak of N9340 Pickerel Creek Rd
Pearson, WI 54462-8140 is the Hoodoo Troll (Hoo...@Spamcop.net, or more

acurately hiding behind a Frontiernet.net account for those of you who
want to complain about him) who also posts as Caltrops.

Fat, stupid, bisexual, with a mental health diagnosis of being a
psychopathic personality who is unable to control his rage, and an
avowed white supremacist, Cmelak lives a lonely existence in a dirty
mobile home in the woods that he has
difficulty heating in these days of high heating oil prices.

Cmelak has a history of writing about running over motorcyclists (as
posted in several motorcycling newsgroups warning of this idiot
"Pearson, WI man brags about running over motorcyclists -- "I
occasionally like to play games such as rolling up on them and scaring
them for the fuck-sake. It's funny sometimes how scared to death people

can look when suddenly seeing something they'd never expected.
Priceless! ")

Cmelak has also posted extensively about his desires to rape and murder

other men. A law enforcement officer described Cmelak as a "sick fuck."

Cmelak hid, presumably underneath his mobile home, for a month in
order to avoid being interviewed by the police.

A wannabe outdoorsman and "frugal living" enthusiast, Cmelak's cheap
lifestyle has been encouraged by a series of debts and resulting
lawsuits that he incurred in recent years (go to

portion of his legal problems).

Out of the question. It's mainly an internet thing that is spilling
over into RL but not enough for a restraining order or the police
actually doing anything on his end or ours.

Well, if he shows up in our lives, that is the intention of getting a
gun. If I/we were looking for an excuse to kill him, we'd travel to
where he lives. There's a great amount of written evidence in Google
archives to present in "court".

I understand. We will have to go for gun training, but it doesn't
seem to me one needs a lot of target practice to point a shotgun at a
crazed person who has traveled far for the sole purpose of showing up
at our door.

> I assume your state has concealed carry. If it doesn't, and you'll

That's what I think is best, too. However, we aren't hermits and
lose the protection of the shotgun as soon as we are away from home.
And he travels a lot and carries a pistol.
